I have a business license. We have several users with individual licenses. I would like to add these user licenses to our business license, and move all of their existing work to our company.

I have a business license. We have several users with individual licenses.

Assuming the “individual licenses” are other subscriptions and nothing to do with your Business Plan subscription, then you would need to:

  1. Increase the license/seat count on your Business Plan - this can be done from the Billing section, using the Change team size action:
  2. Invite the new users to the team.

The the others would then need to:

  1. Move their boards to a team in your business plan.
  2. Cancel their subscriptions.
