I have several Jira cards on my board.  I go to the Jira Cards app, select Configure Cards, turn on a couple fields (Fix Version, Story Points), then Save.  None of the fields I turned on appear on the Jira cards and when I go back to the Configure Cards menu, the fields are turned off again.  Am I doing something wrong?

To better understand what’s going wrong, could you please record a short screen video showing:

  • How you're configuring the fields in the Jira Cards app

  • The Save action

  • What happens when you check the cards and reopen the configuration menu

This will help our support team pinpoint the issue much faster.

The easiest way to share a screen recording is to upload it to a cloud storage platform (like Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive, Loom), then post a shareable link here. 

 

Once we have the video, we can take a closer look and advise next steps.
