Thanks for sharing this—I hear you on this point and appreciate the feedback. As you probably already know, it’s possible to provision new users via our SCIM API, but we don’t currently support downgrading licenses via API, it is something that must be handled in the UI. However, we do hope to support a more comprehensive flow for this in the future, and do appreciate your raising this point to us.
