I am a team admin and if I try to delete an user I get this error message (even after reseting cache, restarting etc...- anyone can help?  

Hi, I’m new to using MIRO but am a JIRA systems admin. We have recently set up the intergation between MIRO and JIRA and it is working quite well.However one problem which I have come across is in respect of the ability to link a ticket being created in MIRO to existing JIRA tickets - I wonder if this is possible at all?To give some more detail, for one particular project in JIRA there is a requirement when creating a new “story” issue type, to link it to a “Feature” issue type using a certain link type (just uses the normal link issue functionality).  The create screen contains the “Linked Issues” field and the workflow in JIRA enforces this via a validator on the create transition.  However when creating a new JIRA ticket in this project from within JIRA the linked issues field does not appear on the screen, therefore an error gets thrown up because when the MIRO user hits CREATE the validator on JIRA workflow kicks in.  Is it just not possible to have the JIRA linked issues field on

I am currently working on Miro and I tried to access my customer journey map using the link I had saved in my coursework for my diploma. But the webpage is now no longer available and is not showing up in my Miro account. What should I do to get it back?

In presentation mode we only use the arrow keys on the keyboard, thus we dont want the cursor to be visible on the screen.Is there an option to hide the cursor when in presentation mode?

When exporting a Miro document to PDF, all emoticons are replaced with boxes (white fill, black outline). Exporting the same document to JPEG works fine, all emoticons are visible. Hi There,Anyone could help me with deleting the Text in MIRO Board.I have used "visual table" and also did copy/paste from excel. However there is now "text" inside of the board which I need to delete, But I can not do so. 

Hi,I was working on a Miro board with a small team last week, I was the owner.  The board was working Friday and now says deleted, and there is no where to restore the board.  Nobody in the team deleted it…Can anyone help please?ThanksAlex

I have accidentally added a word to the Miro spellcheck dictionary by a miss-click. How would I access the added words and remove it from Miro - I dont want to perpetually misspell ‘guard’ - or is it ‘gaurd’!Is this even a Miro option, or do I need to access the dictionaries on my PC and change them.I am using the desktop version.Thanks!

I want to make the text box a specific height. Instead of the box changing to the size I want, it just shrinks or expands the text horizontally, no wrapping. Is there a way to increase the height of the text box? I’m using the app on a MacBook Pro. It worked the same way on Chrome.

Hello Mironauts,I have noticed that since yesterday the logic by which elements are selected seemingly changed.Until yesterday I have used the rectangular selection tool [Shift]+Click to select multiple items. This method would always only select those items that are fully surrounded by the selection frame.Since yesterday however, this method now selects all items that are surrounded by this selection frame AND everything that is underneath it e.g. background items.This makes batch selection extremely time consuming, as I have to always deselect multiple background items.Example:Before I could select the headline, text and button using [Shift]+Click to draw a rectangle around them. The light blue background was only selected if I drew the selection box around the whole element. When I try the same method now, the background element gets selected as soon as my selection frame touches it.Best,Malte 

Is it possible to lock the aspect ratio of shapes in miro.com?

Hi everyone, I have been using MIRO since 1.5 years almost. But from past 1 month this is not working properly, as can not draw new shapes and boxes even. Either in the same board, i can copy something and paste it then i can edit in that way, but never draw even a line in it. I have used MIRO APP, and the APP is working fine but we can not copy the content from one board to another this show me the error :*copying is not allowed* even i have editors rights to do so.I need the solutions for the web and app if possible. Rest is good to work as a remote team member from all around world. Thanks MIRO Team. 

Hi, I signed up with Apple ID.After registration system assigned strange email to my profile. Something like blablabla@privaterelay.appleid.com I tried to change the password using Profile settings->email address->change…This action requires "current password". I enter my Apple ID pass → systems says that for my profile the password is not set.I go to Profile settings->password->change… Fill in the new pass, confirm it and press save button. nothing happens… and profile is not set anyway. I try to delete my profile. system says that email confirmation sent but it never comes… probably because I have no access to this blablabla@privaterelay.appleid.comThe question are:How to set the password? OR How to change email address? OR How to delete the profile?

How i can manage which people can see the board, and can't see another one. Maybe i need some plan in Miro for using Groups with access settings?Thanks.

Hi!Currently there exists a type definition of the Miro SDK in the form of `miro.d.ts` in the app-examples Git repository.Unfortunately there are two issues with it:Because it’s not packaged as a type package finding it is difficult for developers new to the Miro ecosystem. I actually stumbled across it but had searched for it a lot prior to that. The definitions of the `enums` cannot be used (see: https://lukasbehal.com/2017-05-22-enums-in-declaration-files/)It would be great if:the enums would be published part of a module that can be used for the runtime and the types would be published as a DefinitelyTyped packageAre there any plans to do so? Take care,Marijn

I have some issues, where some i had to accept request and others i has to send invitations .whats the simplest way to go ? knowing that im the owner of the board.and that im not upgraded . and when i click on share , this is what it looks like .Thank you! 

I am trying to use an Iphone wireframe as a frame for a presentation. Even when I toggle "show phone" the phone disappears in presentation mode (iMac as well as iPad). Is this a user problem or a bug?

Hi there, I’m new to Miro and on the free plan. I can't open my Miro board, Miro always keeps the loading and never opens.I use Chrome latest version. I didn't receive any error on console.  

Hi there. How can I enable custom built symbols in a template to be dragged and dropped without moving or being able to edit the original symbol? I tried using the alt + drag function, but it does not work when the symbols are locked. Thank you!

Hello,I’m trying to place an image to a board. I achieved to upload the image through the method described here: https://developers.miro.com/reference/create-or-update-pictureIn path params I’m using “boards” and the ID of an existing board. As a result of the query I get: { "type" : "picture", "imageUrl" : XXXXXXX, "id" : "Optional[XXXXXXXX]"}(I substituted the original values by “XXXXX”)So it seems that the image is uploaded but it’s not appearing inside the mentioned board.What am I missing? 

Hello,Loving Miro, I recently purchased the Team version so I could add Jira, however there are some serious flaws such as the card description fields have no rendering at all (no line breaks, no markdown support which is the official format on jira and so on). Am I missing something?Example of summary display:

We have use cases within the company and need a bit of awareness for an audience of non-technical people to show them the power of using APIs etc Thinking of people like @Max Harper here or Max himself!
