Help - I accidentally bought a team plan billed annually

Hi,

I just purchased a team plan and accidentally bought it for an annual billing cycle- how can I change it from annual to monthly? I have submitted a ticket but not able to get in touch with anyone through customer support.

I now have an annual subscription I don’t need - please can someone from subscriptions team consider refund and changing me to monthly?

@Kavya Singh - This is not something that the community will be able to assist you with. Submitting a ticket was the right approach. Because there is no telephone support, you will just have to wait for support to get back to you.

**UPDATE**… maybe I spoke too soon.

What is you click on the team settings gear icon at the top-right:

 

And then Company:

 

And then Billing - and do you have a Switch to monthly option?

@Kavya Singh - Ahhh, okay. I have not seen a Team plan panel before, or what options are available once one has paid annually. I made a billing error myself about four months ago and Miro fixed it up no questions asked, including any proration adjustments, so I have no doubt that they’ll fix you up as soon as they can get to it :relaxed:
