Embedded Miro Tab not visible in Teams

HI All, our company Admin just enabled Miro in Teams.  Issue is that Team micro TAB is NOT picking up the Miro App, therefore, we cannot embed any Boards. 

 

Can any one provide some admin guidance here (Trying to help our Admin here )
