I have a team plan. I want to add as a guest, but I was mistakenly registered as a member. The person became a full license after the trial period ended. So I tried to remove the person from the members and invite them again as a guest, but it became a full license.How can I invite as a guest? 

How can I give Editor access to a board , owner of the board left the companyI cannot find this board on Miro

When sharing a link, I would like visitors (not guests) to be able to display their names during participation.  Working with large Executive groups for one day does not warrant trying to get everyone to sign up for Miro and figure all that out.   The solutions I have seen on here so far are all for guests, whom have a guest login.  Other whiteboards in the industry do a great job of this by prompting visitors when they arrive to add their name.

hey people and miro team. please help; i cannot find my board. i dont know if miro deleted it or something but there is nothing in my account and all of my boards are gone

We use Miro to map out user journeys and as the projects evolve copy or flows may change and these changes need to be clearly marked on the board to communicate with others. How do other teams manage this issue?

Hey all, I'd like to delete and move boards from a 'free' tier team to our subscription tier team. But the options seem to have disappeared from the board menu. Specifically: 'Move to account' and 'Delete'. They are present in the paid tier account. Does anyone know how I can move or delete these boards from the free tier team?

I don't have the option "Move to team" although I am the owner of the board. In the FAQ I had found that there was another solution via duplicating the board. But the duplicated board doesn't offer me this option either. Is there another way to change the owner of a board?

Every time I try to upload an image to a recovered board, it shows up for 2 sec then disappears. Why? How do I stop that? By the way, I'm using a recovered version of the board.

I wasn’t working for about 6 months and it seems that in that time the toolbars have changed.  What was once in the bottom toolbar is now split between the bottom  left and top right corner (I liked it better the old way).  I’m introducing Miro at my new organization and I want to point them to a tutorial on the basics for participating, but all the tutorials seem to still be based off the old toolbars.  Does anyone know of tutorials that are up to date?

Hi New to Miro and would appreciate the help. I have just started with a Mind map template, and have an issue with the connection lines. I have checked the resources available but no luck as yet.I can not seem to bring the text in that column closer together, 4 text boxes, as the lines keep moving. So if I move two closer, when I move the third text box the other two move position.  I have tried to capture it in the image below, can you see how I have text at the top and bottom that’s generating the big curved lines. I have tried everything I can think of, so a little stuck  Thanks!!  

Hi, I cannot find any information on if I can use Miro in Webex Meeting Breakout Sessions?  If the answer is yes, is it possible to have a different Miro boards in 3 Webex Breakout Sessions open at the same time?   

We are using Miro, everyday. It is the same board that we use. If we start the presentation we always are/must passing every canvas. We do not want that. On Monday we like to see only canvas nr 1,2,3,5,7,9,12 as an example.But on Tuesday we want to see canvas nr 1,2,3,4,8,20.On Wednesday 1,2,3,6,9,……., Thursday1,2,3,…., Friday1,4,5,…. (as an example)Can we make a sort of a menu or is there another possibility?Who has an idea please?

I’m a consultant to small businesses and as part of my services we create workflows. I love miro’s functionality in that space.However it’s not clear how I can invite my clients to access say a swimlane for a discussion. We don’t really need to collaborate on miro regarding changes but I’d like to give them read only access to work on miro.Based on this they’re clearly not members as they’re read only participants. However it’s not clear what the difference is between a guest and a visitor - especially since a team plan has visitors but no guests. Am I looking for guest access for my use case and therefore may be better off with a Consultant plan? And in addition to that what can a guest do on my miro instance?

 Hi there, I have been trying to sync my screens from Sketch to Miro but after logging in using my SSO, I get this error modal “Connection error”. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin but still get this error. 

I changed my SSO password and now the Miro plugin for Sketch doesn’t let me log in. The Miro desktop app works. The website works. So I know the SSO password is working there. Sketch has recently updated their app so maybe the Miro plugin needs to be updated as well? I am not the only person in my company having this problem. I have checked other similar topics here and have not found the solution.  

HelloI cannot copy paste in Miro. Have I clicked a setting? Whenever I try copying for example a post-it, Miro doesnt paste the post-it but the last thing I copied even from another site or another document.How can I fix this. I have submitted a ticket but not able to get in touch with anyone through customer support.I now have an annual subscription I don’t need - please can someone from subscriptions team consider refund and changing me to monthly?Thank you in advance.  

I was trying to preview a pdf in Chrome, and wasn’t thinking and dragged it into my Miro board. I’ve already deleted it, but I noticed it could be restored in my board history. Is there a way to permanently remove it from the history (and any other place it may be stored?)

Hello, I am a consultant and I work with several companies. I am training for 1 or 2 days and I would like to use Miro for training or Lean support for companies over the medium term between 3 and 6 months. Currently I have a free account with a board that I don't know if I invited as a team. I want to know:- The consultant account allows you to have several tables with non-paying invitations?- How to invite them on a board without paying for their license?- Is each invitation specific to a board or does everyone see the boards?- How to invite to a specific board without them having access to other boards and not paying for their license.Thanks very much
