When I select Epic Link in the card configuration, it’s pulling through the Jira reference rather than the Epic Name. Epic Name cannot be used as that is a field used in Epics, not other Jira types.What I want it to display is as it does in Jira, if you look at the Epic Link on a Jira it displays the name of the Epic not the Jira reference (which unless you really know your Epics will mean nothing to you!). It looks like it’s using the JQL version of the Epic logic - i.e. “ AND Epic = “Title of my Epic” gets changed in a JQL to “AND Epic = AAA-1234” (or whatever your Jira reference is). What I’m seeing on Miro is AAA-1234 (for example) which is useless to me.Am I doing something wrong, or is this how it’s configured?

Hello CommunityIt’s quite simple to upload an excel table into MIROHowever I was wondering if it is possible to show only part of the table into MIRO ?I mean : just want to show for instance A1:E20 whereas the document has data’s in A1:Z50Any thougths about that ?Thanks in advance for your support !Vincent 

Our teem needs to develop the equivalent of an interactive police suspect wall that would allow us to feature suspects/entities, descriptions, associated images and online links. We also need to (visibly) link various individuals/entities with others and be able to annotate those linkages with descriptions (think of a string and the description of that link hanging on that string). The linkages may not always have to be visible, but possibly visible when hovering over an individual. In addition, we need some kind of (linear/zooming?) timeline that enables us to describe events that can contain links (i.e. news) and names of individuals/entities. The text/names of these individuals/entities would ideally be linked/point to their description on the suspect wall, and if possible, vice versa. I am new to Miro and would appreciate any guidance on which template(s) would best meet our needs, and to know whether Miro is in fact the best tool for us to use (or another is recommended). Hi,I’m using Miro for a while now and I think it’s the best board out there in most ways. There is an issue that I find maddening, there is a substantial input lag from the first line written only getting worse as you write. I use a very capable system, i7-10700K, Samsung 980 EVO SSD (3Gb writes) and 16 GB of 3200 MHz, low latency RAM.My tablet has no issues with latency writing on other boards SmoothDraw, MS Whiteboard, Zoom board etc. On Miro, regardless of platform (Web version, Desktop) I notice input lag that makes it difficult to write.I assume this is linked to the smoothing algorithms that take a long time to process even on a fairly high-end system. Could there be a low latency mode that uses less demanding algorithms, as I see many users have a similar issue.

Hi, am new to Miro & attempting to learn my way around available templates.I'm creating a launch strategy board for our company, using the Strategy Map Template.I’d like to know… is there a way to create additional “rows” on the template, or are we locked into only having 4 content rows?If so, would love for someone to point me to the right button, or any training info on how to do this.Thanks for sharing your insights.Ron

I can’t use Miro on my iPad Pro 12.9 at all. It crashes quickly on a modest-sized board — not a lot on it. I read elsewhere that this issue, related to iPad memory constraints apparently, would be addressed “in this quarter.” I draw with my Apple Pencil in Miro, so if I cannot use it on my iPad, I need to abandon Miro. Thanks!

Hi guys, so I’m using Miro to create a fictional fantasy map and for the last couple days I’ve been saying how much a Pop-Out tool would be so helpful. Like, you can set up a point of interest, click it and there you can fill out titles, descriptions and photos. Just whatever you want to put into this Pop-Out box. The comment feature is almost like that, except it’s use is more limited and doesn’t allow things like photos. Also it feels more temporary as you can ‘resolve’ it and it will disappear. I feel like a feature like this could be incredibly helpful in many different types of projects and I’d love to see something like this in Miro. It would be game-changing.

I have been using Miro for about a week and so far eveything has been great.But today the boards keep zooming in to 1% no matter what I do. I noticed that if I choose a frame and if I try to work on it, the movement of the mouse on the Miro trigger an automatic zooming into 1%. It goes to even below 1%.It is happening on all the boards that I own.I am unable to do anything now on my project. Can you help? The zooming issue 

HiI was using miro to do some work for my thesis. When I tried to access it yesterday it said that the board had been deleted and to contact the board owner and ask to restore it. I belived that i was the board owner and is now very confused and stressed. There seems to be no way of knowing who the boardowner was once the board is gone so I do not have anyone to contact. I have sent a request to Miro Support i hopes for help. Is waiting for their response the only thing I can do?/Johan

I’m new to Miro and I don’t understand what’s the function of setting a ‘date’ is, when there’s no possibility to get a reminder or an overview with all the dates. or does one of these functions exist already?Thank you!

Hello, I would like to place a shape on the center of the current screen. Is there a way to export a list of users in a single Miro team to a CSV or similar format? Or a potential workaround? 

Hi All.  I can’t seem to create a frame in the location I want anymore.  I have to drag and drop.  I can’t create custom frame dimensions anymore, I have to modify some default frame that appears now.  I can’t create a frame with the frame grid feature off anymore, and I can’t turn the grid feature off either.  Is it still just me?

I copy pasted elements into a new board to re-use certain templates. What I found is a whole batch of elements, stickies shapes etc. can be selected but that's it, I cannot move them delete them or unlock them. I can still write in the stickie though

Hello,For a few weeks now, the Frames have not stored metadata when the board is reloaded. Is an update planned at this level, as we have several plugins that use this functionality?Thank you!

I am conducting a workshop and want to be able to move sticky notes into the shape (a square), then move the shape and the sticky notes that are in the shape to another place.  When I try to do it, the shape moves, but all the sticky notes and text stay behind. Can’ I “lock” them in place so they become one object that I can move? Or should I be using a frame? 

Hi, is it possible to carry a working spreadsheet into Miro where the formulas carry as you add additional rows, i.e. you retain the formulas and can use as a working spreadsheet?orIs it possible to create a link to a working spreadsheet?  Would that be a better solution?Thanks, Ciara

I was using emojis in different colors to mark and better understand a table. I somehow made the emojis turn b&w and now it’s kinda useless and annoying. Does anybody know how to bring my colors back? Thanks!

Hoping someone can help me with this - I keep getting random  invisible cards appearing on my Kanban board. I’m not adding any cards, they just appear when I refresh my Chrome browser. If you look at the attached screenshot the column says there are 11 cards ,but there’s actually only 9 cards. And I can’t delete the invisible cards underneath the cards I’ve actually created.
