Hello Miro Community,I'm developing an app that runs within an iFrame on the Miro platform, and I'm encountering a persistent issue with authentication. Here's a summary of the problem:The app is integrated into Miro and runs within an iFrame. It uses the Miro REST API for functionality. When attempting to authenticate via OAuth, I receive a "CSRF token is not valid" error. This error occurs specifically within the iFrame context. The authentication process works fine when accessed directly in a separate browser tab.I've already attempted to set the SESSION_COOKIE_SAMESITE configuration to 'None' to allow cross-origin requests, but the issue persists.The core of the problem seems to be related to how the CSRF token is handled within the iFrame environment, as opposed to a regular browser context.Has anyone encountered a similar issue or can provide guidance on how to properly handle authentication and CSRF validation for a Miro app running in an iFrame?Any insights or solutions would b

I reached out to Miro Sales, but have not heard back so asking the community- We are looking to collaborate with an outsource team that uses Miro for their production management. Both our team and the outsource team will be purchasing licenses independently through our respective firms. Specifically, the outsource team uses Business licenses, and we are considering either the Business or Enterprise licenses. Could you please clarify if it is possible for our teams to collaborate seamlessly on Miro given the different license types and if they are purchased separately (with different different invoices)?

Could you, please, explain me how to hide instruments panel while presenting a frame? There was no such a problem recently… But now it’s really disturbing(((

Eventhough I have selected “English” as preferred language in the Profile Setting, Miro diccionary continue in Spanish and therfore the spelling/grammar correction is looking for words in Spanish instad of English.  How can I fix it? 

When I try to add google drive I keep getting an error message 403. I’ve already tried deleting authentication in google account and miro but it didn’t help  

I’m newer to Miro, I have these blue dotted guidelines laying over my board. I can’t figure out how to turn them off? Help?How do I remove these blue lines above board? 

I’m using an Ed Plan version of Miro, and am a Team Admin.  I don’t see Breakouts as an option in my boards.  Did this feature go away?  Is it only with Zoom?   I’m stumped! Thanks,Betsy 

 Hello everyone, we have previously used the "Education Plan" through a partnership. This partnership is now ending and we now have to upgrade to a different price plan, otherwise our account will become a free account with which you can have a maximum of three boards. Now two questions about the procedure: 1. Which price plan has the same functions as the Education Plan? (Free, Starter Business, Enterprise) 2. What do I need to consider when moving to a different Miro license? Will our boards be transferred automatically? It is extremely important to us that the boards remain in place smoothly, as some boards are also shared externally. Thank you very much!

Dear All, Despite having deactivated the email notifications from the user settings profile, as a MIRO owner it seems I can’t prevent the automatic email notifications to my email address. Is there a way to stop emails about every comment someone is entering in the MIRO?

Hello everyone,  I had a Free account (3 boards) which opened with my personal (hotmail) e-mail account. Today I applied for and obtained an Education account, as I work for a university. Somehow I now have two team profiles, but both profiles feature my university e-mail. I want to get rid of the old one, but ensure its boards move to the Education plan account. So far, I have not found an intuitive route to figure out how to do this. However, I tragically forgot to cancel before the trial ended, and I am now facing an unexpected charge that I cannot afford. I’m trying to use sort=last_modified with the /boards endpoint but it doesn’t seem to be respecting it. Is this broken? Or is there some undocumented constraint about this parameter only being used in conjunction with other parameters? Imagine having hundreds of boards and thousands of cards—doing this manually can be overwhelming!I’ve been thinking about how to streamline this process, and I’d love to hear your thoughts or any experiences you've had with similar challenges. The ideal solution would export each card’s cover image alongside the title and description in a visually organized way—perhaps in separate frames or groups to keep things neat. I’m envisioning something beyond embedding the entire board—a way to automatically extract and place everything in one go!I’ve already exported a board as an Excel sheet, which includes image links, but manually inserting each row one by one feels far from ideal.
