Hi, i'm using starter account, My boards are working well on Google cCrome, but one of the board is missing when I'm on my Windows app.
I can see board is there, but when I open the board it looks empty.
Did anyone experienced that before please?

Thanks for reaching out! Sometimes, this can happen if the dashboard's filter is set differently. It’s possible that on your web version, the filter is set to “Owned by anyone,” while in the Windows app, it might be set differently.

Another possible reason could be that the board is stored under a different team. When using the app, you might be viewing the dashboard for a different team, especially if you're a member of multiple teams. This can cause the board to appear missing if you're looking in the different team's workspace.

 

Could you please share a screenshot of your web and app dashboard showing the board and the missing board? This will help us figure out what’s going on and guide you to a solution.

Thank you for prompt reply. 

I tried to check Sharing options and it seems to be all good. 
(Not to mention board was 2 days ago working just fine, just sudennly 2 days ago, Board on Windows stoped to be responsive - then contecnt of board just disapired from Windows App. 

I tried to reinstall app but its still same problem. 

Any Idea how to resolve it please?
