Dear Community,

Three days ago my boards stopped loading. Loading the dashboard is ok, but when I click on a board I get the Miro logo on hard rotation and nothing loads. I have tried trouble shooting inc clearing my browsing cache but no luck. For what it is worth I notice my three boards are greyed out on the dashboard page. This could be a coincidence.

It’s unusual that your boards are greyed out and not loading. Since you've already cleared your cache, could you please try a few additional steps to troubleshoot?

 

  1. Check your browser extensions - Sometimes ad blockers or privacy extensions can interfere with Miro. Try disabling them temporarily.
  2. Try a different browser, incognito mode, or the Miro desktop app - This helps determine if the issue is browser-specific.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, I’d recommend reaching out to Miro support to investigate further.
