I want to upload a PDF document on miro so I can add comments.I want to ask you how should I do that?When I try to upload the file itself it doesn’t show on screen. 

I am working on a process map I just inherited and I am unable to adjust the width of a swimlane, to add in more objects.  Please advise

HiThe info button on objects tells you who created and edited the object. Where that was by a guest editor it just displays “guest”. I’m happy with this. But our privacy office would like to know if there is any tracking of the ip numbers or otherwise of guest editors and their contributions.  CheersMike

On my company’s Kanban board not every card is visible but only for some members, does anybody have an idea why this could be the case? Thanks to you all!!

Can we have tags on all shapes? I use the shapes for different people, it would be nice if we could add the tags to all shapes.

Board owner is on leave. The board members are only able to view the board. The board member would like to take over the ownership to manage the board during board admin’s absence. What is the possible way to work this around?Thank you

I love the feature to paste cells from excel/google sheets and have each cell appear as a separate post-it. It’s amazing for problem solving sessions.Now, I used an external tool for idea generation (we got over 150 ideas). After that I wanted to put them in MIRO for discussion, grouping, filtering and sorting (convergent thinking part of the finding ideas for a problem). And here’s the issue - when I copy ideas from the google sheets file to MIRO:I’m getting an error message: “Sorry, you cannot paste more than 5000 cells or 6000 characters.” As expected not all ideas end up being pasted to MIROMy data didn’t exceed the 5000 cells limit, but did exceed the 6000 characters limit, but I ran a couple of tests with simplified data sets:SET 1 Data 200 cells - one BELOW the other (separate rows) each cell contains a word with a length from 4 to 7 characters according to excel formulas, as well as to https://easywordcount.com/ there are 200 words, 1070 characters (without spaces) and 126

Hi In a workshop I set up I wanted to finish by clicking an icon that would move over to an embedded video and play it (the “that’s all folks” with Looney Tunes). I could not make it both navigate to and start the video on the same click, so I linked to the external youtube page instead (where I could include autoplay in the link).Is it possible to include an autoplay command in an internal Miro link to the embedded video.? if so, how do you do it? ThanksAnders

I am on a paid plan. I can't figure out how to export to JPG, PNG or similar. Only option is as vector PDF but that can't get into Keynote. Why is it I can't save as JPG or PNG or similar?

My board is inactive now, because “my team has reached the free plan’s limit”. One of my team’s members was my another profile mirosoftsofa@gmail.com. I’ve already removed it. Now I have just 3 members in my team. Can I get free plan again?

I just canceled a subscription on my employe account because she won’t work with me anymore. But there was my card attached to her Miro profile. How can I delete a card from payment method if I don’t have another card to change with and I won’t pay for this account from now on?

Hi, I am an enterprise user. How do I invite guest editors from the same organization? 

Hi, my team and I have created a custom web plugin which was working properly. When a new team member was added, he could see the web plugin icon but the custom feature didn’t work at all. This is what we get as an error: “Uncaught (in promise) Error while command execution: Method 'board.widgets.get' requires scope 'boards:read'”.  We have already allowed the “board:read” permission for our app. So I tried to reinstall the app but it seems we need to authorize the app. So I tried to authorize the plugin but I and my team get this message.We have subscribed for a team account and I am not sure how can we get this plugin to work again. I also tried to create a new app but this same message appears every time.  Am I missing out on anything? Please help me out here! Regards,Taylor

Hi Miro heros out there,I frequently use Miro boards for online trainings and workshops, e.g. on communication, conflict resolution etc. Sometimes, the trainings are facilitated by two equal facilitators.There are two functionalities that I like very much when it comes to online facilitation:1) Hiding frames and revealing them by step by step as the training proceeds2) Using the protected lock to avoid objects being changed by the participantsIs there any possibility that both facilitators can access these two functions when working on the training board? Usually, these functions are unique to the board owner and there can be only one board owner… Looking forward to your comments and tips :-)All the bestSarah

The only way to edit a google slides doc is to open it in another screen away from the whiteboard. Ideally you should be able to have the google slides doc open on the whiteboard while you continue to think of ideas/ brainstorm. This way if something comes up you can add that idea to the google slides immediately without breaking flow. Or you can look at a document like a creative brief that will give information you need to crate new ideas. This is the same for mp4 video/ google docs/ pdfs any document that you work on or need while working on the whiteboardshould be open and accessible in the whiteboard while using the whiteboard. This is imperative and a game changer to work flow. 

I lost a project - and cannot find t back even using all suggestions offered here.  I opened a new account with my university email since I discovered that I had a free account this way.  Tried to transfer the projeto to the new board and connecting today I can no longer find the project.Any help is welcome.  Is there a way to recover previous versions?  I am afraid that I may have written or doubled the name of the project Thanks

Hi. I have created a board and provided specific people access to it. I now would like to get a list of which individuals have been sent a link. Is there a way to do this? Thanks

I have a list of cards, currently about ten, in a panel. Each one has an associated PDF that I want to show on the board.I can’t add a PDF to a card so I intent to upload each pdf and place it next to the associated card with an arrow link, or combine the card & PDF as a group.When I upload a PDF to the board it’s very large. If I scale it down I can’t then zoom in close enough to read it.Is there a way to represent a PDF as a link/icon/thumbnail so that it can be expanded somehow on the board, and then collapsed down again to keep things aligned and tidy?
