I am working with my Citrix administrators to provide the Miro Windows app from Citrix Workspace’s Apps. A Citrix Workspace user can launch the Miro Windows App, but cannot get past the SSO authentication.

  • Following successful authentication, the “Signed in Successfully” browser window does not transition back to the Miro app and the “Open Miro app” button is unresponsive.
  • The Miro app stays on the “Redirecting to SSO Provider” screen. Clicking the “Back to login” link takes you back to the login screen.

Has anyone in the community successfully installed and launched the Miro Windows app from Citrix Workspace?
