I export for the PDF format but when I open it offline It couldn’t zoom in to more than 500% and I do struggle reading things I wrote with the 500% zoom

This won’t directly address the concern, but if you create frames around each of the rooms (?), you will get a single PDF page for the overall view and then a page per room which would likely be more legible at 500% than the overall.
