Good afternoon, my name is Ana, and I am a teacher. I work with my students on Miro. Currently, I am using the free version, and I have only 3 boards for my students (4 students). However, the number of students is growing, and I need to increase the number of boards. Could you please tell me which plan I need to purchase so that I can create, let's say, 10 boards for my students?It is essential that my students do not pay anything and only use the boards that I provide for them (I want to eliminate any costs for the students). Each student needs to have their own board and be able to edit it.Will the $8 plan be suitable for these purposes?Thank you.

Ability to embed and play videos directly like in Notion.  Using youtube is clunky when presenting, direct video embed and play should be core functionality for our monthly sub.  Is there a 3rd party that has solved this ? 

Hi, everyone.I made I stupped mistake of deleting my team because I wanted a single subscription account.The problem is that my account was free when I deleted it and I loose a important project that I was working at.Any possibility of someone in the support Recover it for me ? Thanks in advance. Emanuel.

Is there a way to duplicate or link Kanban cards within Miro?  Ex, I may have several different sections of a board dedicated to different projects.  Within these sections I may have dedicated project-specific kanban boards, but I’d also like to have a “master” kanban board so I can see everything amongst all projects out there.Is there a way to do this in Miro?  Preferably one that is bidirectional, such that updating in one place (be it the central/master, or project-specific) updates in the other?

I’m looking for tips, tricks, limitations and other guides for a Miro board with a Jira Planner board and a Planner board to Azure DevOps. How can we guide the teams as they come together for planning and collaboration even though they use different tools for Agile execution? We have an Enterprise Miro plan if that matters. Thanks

I have several boards created with content, including lots of stickies of different colours. Late last week, all the stickies on my boards lost their colour and I could only see the text with no border. I could change the colour in the colour picker, but the actual sticky colour didn’t change. I had to change the object type to a rectangle shape and then the colour came back. This is happening in the app. Is this a bug?Love Miro by the way :)

We are using the beta version of the org chart (and are loving it!) but are needing to update the fixed text titles (Location) and (Team) as we have alternate info to include in the deeper levels.  Is there a way to edit this fixed text?

We use kanban block to track daily activity and add comments as actions on the cards.Few days ago Miro started to group comments that are placed near with each other to the one big comment block. Clicking on this block shows the comments inside but changes the zoom on the board.How to disable this grouping of comments on the Kanban board? 

Hello, I really do need help and don’t know where to ask for it! One of my board’s status has been recently changed to “view-only”. My current plan is free, so I’ve got 3 boards, but yesterday I noticed that I had 4 boards and one of them is blocked. I’m frustrated, because I didn’t have 4 boards. I believe that there’s a mistake, and desperately need to be guided and told how to tackle the problem!

Hi,I am currently looking for a possibility to create a combined view of different Jira boards in one place. Naturally Miro came to my mind, but the Miro - Jira - integration does not seem to support this. What I intend to do: display several different Jira Kanban boards next to each other on a Miro board. Ideally (but not absolutely necessary) in a way that changes in Jira are also reflected in Miro in real time (without having to refresh the page). Is there a way to do this? Maybe someone can point me in a direction here.Thanks and BR,Chris

I was trying to get the data using this method https://developers.miro.com/reference/get-items but I have a board with more than 100 items, and I'd like to know if it's possible to increase the query limit or create an app for it, without the need for pagination. I'm new to this, so I'm a bit lost as to how the API, SDK and other tools work. 

Hello,I have just recently purchased a subscription to Miro. My plan is to essentially use Miro as a main tool for my role as a Business Analyst. My work mainly centers around the ERP - Finance modules. Currently I am working as a Business Analyst in a Finance Transformation program implementing Oracle Cloud ERP. As you can imagine this covers a wide area from mapping processes, collaborations with stakeholders, facilitation to the change impact/assesement etc.I am not interested in becoming a MIRO expert but know just enough about MIRO so that I can use it effectively for what I do. Any comments or suggestions as to which parts of the MIRO fucntionality would serve my needs would be greatly appreciated.Thank you all for your time.Regards,Raman

I created a board in my team by importing a Visio vsdx. The import was fine but it sent an email to the whole team saying that I had invited them to the board. When creating a new board there is an option to Notify member which is unchecked by default. There is no such option on import of diagram.

Hello,Initially I used a Miro board created with my Gmail account. Then I copied some elements (objects) of this board into a new board with my professional account. The problem is that when I try to access the professional board, regularly, there is an access request which is sent to my gmail account. As if there was a link between the 2 boards on 2 separate accounts. I wonder if the copy of objects that I made initially did not create a non-visible link. Thanks in advance if anyone has already encountered this and can help. I am using a lot the board with my professional account. And I don’t want to loose it. Regards,Maryam

Hi all,We are trying to setup Azure Cards in order to connect Azure DevOps and Miro Board but unfortunately without any success. I was hoping someone could share some tips & tricks on how they have managed to set it up. We have been following the steps listed in: https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033799934-Azure-Cards We have a connection setup in our Azure DevOps and we have authorized Miro. However when creating the connection in Miro boards against our Azure Instance it seems as the connection times out as nothing happens and instead I was hoping I would be asked to provide my Azure Login credentials.This is as far as we get. Does anyone have any tips? All help would be appreciated.Thank you!

I found I was invited into 2 boards that was not owned by me, and I can not leave the board. how can I withdraw the boards not owned by me?

Whenever I try moving text box, Miro freezes.  I am forced to refresh the browswer to do any further activity.  It works for another few clicks and freezes again. I started noticing this since the last 1 week or so.  This is truly frustrating. I am running Edge on Mac.

Hello - Kudos for the delivery of the celebration effect 🎆I’m now looking for a more specific celebratory effect that is embedded within an object on a Miro board.I would like each of my participants in an interactive workshop to open a digital object - for example a letter/parcel/gift - and only when their cursor clicks on it I would like the object to explode with colour - like a firework AI effect. Then, I would like it to spill out the words congratulations [insert name] and a bespoke message to them (recognising their name as they are logged in). Then, I would love for that individual to then be gifted a personalised digital certificate (a downloadable bespoke PDF).  Does such a feature exist and if so where is it and how can I use it ASAP? And, if not, why not?! :D This would be fab and much appreciated.Many thank yous!

Hello.  I used Miro and created a diagram yesterday on my work laptop. Today when I am trying to press on Miro, it loads endlessly and won’t open.

HiTwo weeks ago I discovered that all external guests (20+) were deleted from my Miroboard. And I cannot figure out why this happened and how. Has there been a change in the system? I have NOT deleted all guests and cannot explain or find out what happened.Thanks for your help and hints.Vanessa

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue where the Vimeo videos embed in my Miro boards do not play back any sound - I’ve tested their embed codes using a test site (http://www.csgnetwork.com/htmlcodetest.html) and it works there, so it seems like possible an issue with Miro? Can anyone help?As a side issue, the embedded player also isn’t showing the player controls - related?Thanks!
