Hi,I want to know if event listeners are available on connector events (creation, deletion and modifications. i.e. a user modified a connector connecting elements A and B to connect elements A and C) on a miro board. I am looking at the documetnation and the only relevant thing I can find is this:experimental:items:updateWhich says: Currently, experimental:items:update fires only when items are moved on the board, when an item dimensions are resized, when an item is rotated on the board, and when updating the scale of an item. In the future, the event will also fire when updating other item data.I read this as saying that connectors are not currently supported.Is this correct or am I missing something in the documentation?Thanks in advance

When I created a template and want to share it company wide, it says I should invite the company amin to the board. There is no dialogue or button anywhere to be found that can do that, nor can my admin edit my template, we just tried. How ist it meant to be done?  

I am trying to sync a board from Jira into a planning roadmap in Miro. When I link the Jira board, and then select parent as the column field, no information appears. The only filter that allows my Jira board to sync over is if I have Sprint selected as my column field.  Any thoughts on why? Please note I tried this on a different Jira board, and it allowed me to sync data from Jira and sort if by parent. 

Today when I opened Miro all my objects where un-aligned with the grid, both in size and position.Did they change the grid size?

I need to copy a diagram in BPMN notation from Miro to MS Visio, the other way around, it's intuitive. Do you have any advice from your experience? I wanted the diagram from Miro to be interactive in miro as well as in Visio.

Can I pay with my Belorussian card? Does miro accept it? Or where can I find the whole list of “blocked countries”?

Dear all, I really need to contact with customer support of Miro. But every time I fill out the form on the website (accessed via our paid subscription) I get the following code:  {    "detail": "Rate limited by Zendesk edge protection",    "status": "429",    "title": "Automated response"} Any other way of getting in touch with them?!

Hi there, Hope you’re all suitably wonderful. I’m having an issue where my text keeps changing to white despite what I try. Examples:I created a new text box, the text defaults to white, I change the text colour to black, type a letter and it imeadiatly reverts to white. The letter I’ve just typed is white. I copy and paste a text box and the text is white, I highlight all the text and select the black text colour and nothing happens. I’ve done a little googling but I just keep on getting articles on how to change text colour, which I’m already doing. Would anyone have any advice/a fix/ a reason this happening? 

Hi Community - thanks in advance for your time and genius! I guess my uber question is "How precisely can notifications in Miro be defined?"Context: Our company  has a master "Client Assignment" board showing where our consultants are aligned, each Client has a frame and personnel are aligned within the frame based on their Role and Assignment Status (Proposed, Assigned, Rolling-off).Current notifications (Settings issue?) from Miro indicate changes to the Board, but there might be just one amidst hundreds of objects that changed and many of them are irrelevant for any other Engagement Manager.  So, is it possible to receive notifications when changes to a Board, occur ONLY within a specific frame ?  [ e.g. Person (sticky note) Added / Changed / Removed ]  Help?

I would like to map a voting process as part of an online meeting with Miro. By this I mean 20 to 30 individual votes that I would like to present for voting in a certain order. I have not yet found any specific solutions to these questions:1. I would like to cover all individual votes with one invitation per participant (I have the starter subscription) - one invitation for the entire process. Is this basically possible with Miro? If so, how do I do this?2. as a moderator, I need to be able to create this voting process in the specified order in advance so that I can call up one vote after the other along this process chain in the meeting and release them for voting. Is this possible with Miro? If so, how do I do this? Thank you for your support.

Will free accounts created in Russia continue to have access to their boards and be able to use Miro after September 12, 2024? 

it is possible to choose coloured geometric forms, this is simple and effective. But is it possible to colour a freeform drawing? For example: I want to colour the silhouette of a simple object.

Dear Team Miro,Could you please guide me on how to access the Miro board of an individual who previously worked with our company through a vendor company but is no longer associated with our company neither the vendor company is associated? We have edit rights of the board but are unable to download or dupe the board.Is there any workaround for the same ? Thanks Meghana

I got locked out of my own board as a commenterwhat can I do?

A colleague of mine had a paid plan with Miro. I started a paid plan for our entire small team of five people. Once she accepted my invitation to the new team she lost access to all of her paid materials on her own plan. I just tried walking her through switching teams on the left side of the screen, but that didn’t fix the problem. What can we do? Side note, I really wish Miro had a dedicated help desk I could contact. I would waste a lot less of my time trying to read through tons of FAQs and guides if I could just ask my question to someone directly.

How to change the scale of my Miro account to the normal one? All the icons are gigantic and it’s almost impossible to use the board tools.  

I can expand and collapse mind map nodes in the browser version. However in the App version (Mac) and when embedded as a Tab in Teams there is no collapse/expand capability - the ‘-’ does not show up on hover.

My team is using a Kanban in a slightly unconventional way, to manage our editorial calendar for our newsletter. The cards give us enough tools & space to host the article content.I’ve noticed that some of the cards (they tend to be repeat-offenders) keep disappearing. I have diligently combed through the board history and there is no evidence that someone is accidentally deleting them. The card will be created (or copy-pasted from a restored version of the board) and placed into the Kanban without issue and sometimes remain there for hours or days.Then, the card will randomly go missing again. At first, I thought it might have to do with the length of content in the card, but it has now also happened to items with very minimal (placeholder) text.Inquiring if anyone has any insight why this is happening and how it can be prevented.

hello, with the newest version of the app, i cannot login to the miro app anymore. i choose SSO an I get the grey screen. I can login over gmail, but after the login i can only go “back to login” and get a gray screen again. please help, the web surface is good enough for me.

Hello! I’m making a very big mindmap and i have pictures that i’m linking with a dashed line to some nodes in my mindmap. When i add new nodes all construction of mindmap slides a little and my pictures which was previously aligned to text moves away from it. How can i make pictures snap to mindmap nodes so they can move together?
