Hello, you have a feature for working with images: match by height or width. But I can’t figure out how this feature works. I have three or more images, the first one is the size I need, and I want to make the rest of the images the same size as the first one. How can I achieve this? Currently, all the images resize, although they align by height or width.

Hi @Andrey Fedorov

It’s correct that you can align images and scale to be the same proportion but not the same size. If you have an image program, it’s probably easiest to create a template in Adobe or Canva, edit all the images to be the size, then upload the edited images to your Miro board.

Here is a workaround if you don’t want to go that route.

1 - upload your images and set the one that you want as your template. Here we want all images to be the size of the kitten.

  1. Align the second image by the top and scale it down so it is mostly the same size/proportion.
  2. The second image is still a bit wider, so you’ll have to custom crop it to fit the original image. I will place it next to the original as well as on top to get the proportions.
  3. And with some finessing, you will get two images that are (mostly) the same size. Maybe there is another way to do this but this is how I would solve it if I didn’t want to use an image template in a program like Adobe or Canva. Using a template will get you more precise results.
