I have a new tablet a samsung s6 lite. All software is up to date. I can start miro but the moment I try and type something the app crashes. I can draw OK. But anytime the keyboard comes up it crashes instantly. I've tried using a different keyboard in android and it still does the same thing. Help? 

Hi all,I was wondering if there is a current feature within mind maps which allows you to see all the links from that particular idea? In other words, it isolates all links with that idea that you have made so you can clearly see what ideas your selected one relates to. My mind map currently has so many links between topics that I would like to be able to quickly see what relates to the idea I’m currently writing about. Does anyone have any ideas about whether this is already a feature?Thanks,Emma

Does anyone know how to clear the location that Miro take me when it is looking to replace an image? Mine goes to a location from 2 years ago… it’s super-nested and I want it to remember where I was last looking … 

Hi I wanted to know is it possible to import miro links into readme in gitlab, so that the diagrams appear. Without me need to copy or create an image and place it inside the code.

Hi Team,Perhaps a bug.I’m using the web sdk api to create and add frames. This week something which seems like a bug was introduced such that when adding two frames, with different fill colors, the second frame added always gets the color of the first, even if specified otherwise. See attached from console.Any help is greatly appreciated! 

I had a personal (payed) account for couple of years, then i had a break for a year or two and now i can not find any team or board under my account. Searched through the FAQ with similar problems and answer almost the same - reach out board history. But i don’t have any boards, everything’s gone. Is there any possibility to restore my stuff? 

Hi community,I'd like to submit a bug that is happening to me and my colleagues on Firefox on all our Miro boards. Some buttons on the left panel don't seem to work, nothing happens when left-clicking on sticky notes for example.The same thing happens in Incognito mode, but it works fine on Edge. Here is a short clip of what's happening : https://filesender.renater.fr/?s=download&token=be577e7b-4115-4188-9138-d3c8cb860860On the left, Microsoft Edge ; on the right, Firefox.You can see that the button for the sticky notes works fine on Edge: it displays the different colours for the sticky notes, but it doesn't on Firefox. However, the keyboard shortcut works.Same thing for the IconFinder for example. The Firefox version we use is 102.4.0esr. We used Miro a few weeks ago and it worked fine. Has anyone else using Firefox come accross this bug?

Hi everyone,I currently have 2 projects with two different developers. I would like to have 2 separate boards within my workspace; one for each project.I would like to invite each developer to their relevant board.I don’t want a developer to see or have access to any other boards within my workspace other than the one that I invited him to, nor do I want them to know about any other team members within that workspace.Is that possible? Thank you!

Link invitation is sent to me via Discord chat usually. Miro opens in in-app (Discord) browser and doesn’t redirect to Miro app. When after in-app browser I open the link in Safari - no redirection also. I tried getting invited to the board via email - no notifications in Miro app.How to get that automatic redirection or Miro in-app pop-up about being invited? 

Hi everyone, I’m new to Miro but feel like this tool could be helpful. We are creating a nonprofit in my state that will focus on elections and voting issues. There are many other groups working in this space and I want to map/analyze who they are, where they are, what they do, their capacity, etc Can anyone suggest a template that might be helpful? Good afternoon!I need urgent help, when copying information from one board to another - the information has been replaced.Now I can not get the information that was BEFORE copying, and it is very important. Roughly speaking, one information has been replaced by another.Can you please tell me how I can get it back?

Is there a way to alphabetize sticky notes? It would be incredibly helpful to be able to group/organize them in this way, especially for dates and times.

I came back after a few years of promises of this feature being “in development” to see if Miro had actually gotten around to it.  It appears the answer is yes, however it doesn’t work for me.  I let my subscription lapse due to this feature not being implemented and the conversations not being updated.  It seems the MIRO team only really replies when they have good news.  My question then - if I was to go premium would this now work or is there something else wrong?

I’m using Miro as part of a team. I just tried to access both of my boards but found that they have been deleted by its owner. I’m assuming I would be the owner of my boards, but I never deleted them. I asked the admin of the team if they knew what to do but she is also new to miro so could not offer a solution.I previously posted my Miro boards to our class discussion board, so when i go back to that, it reads: Access Denied. You don’t have permission to view this board. But after I click to go to the miro site, the message reads: Board has been deleted. Sorry, the board that you are trying to access has been deleted by its owner. To access the board, please ask the board owner to restore it.

cant access board. prompted to ask for permission. request ends up in my mailbox and when i try to grant myself permission im told i dont have permission to do so. kafkaesque :P

When clicking “Contact Support” in the help center, my browser starts to load a contact form, but then I get redirected to “https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/signin?return_to=https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/requests/new“ and cant actually fill out a form. Honestly this is the worst support experience I’ve seen in a while from what otherwise seems to be a fairly functional service. Does anyone have a direct email address? Or is there a chat function somewhere?

We have the Team version of Miro and I want to downgrade some Full users to “Free” users.  I don’t see the option to do this in the user management section.  Thanks you. 

Hello, I am trying to put something together in Miro but it seems to check the wrong language and underlines English red while I try to do anything at all. How can I turn it off or switch to English? I tried looking for a setting after reading something about a language menu setting but in my profile menu there is nothing at all that looks like it can influence the boards and normal settings may not exist (or not for a free member) but apparently you can do something with this issue so I would love to know. Thanks!

I wanted to ask two basic questions about API programming.Is it possible to automate data input in Miro?Is it possible to automate data flows in Miro?

Can anyone tell me if Miro has an API that can control the approval of apps externally? In our case, the apps are approved by the admins.I wanted to control approval externally and automatically according to the selected scopes. Approving and disapproving without having to enter the tool.

Сегодня я зашла в приложение и ситуация следующая: ни одной доски нет, команд нет, аккаунт просто пустой, хотя вчера еще был доступ! помогите разрешить ситуацию, ведь там большое количество подготовленных уроков в которые я вложила много сил и времени 😭 Почему такая ситуация произошла? Может я упустила какие-то правила?
