I have used an org chart component on my board and it has now disappeared from the board. Help please?

I’m trying out the new timeline builder, but is almost not usable as it is so slow. Anyone else who had the chance to try it out where it is working?

Title says it all, not sure in which exact cases it happens but it seems to happen after any form of Ctrl+a + anything that changes the text. Not sure if this is a bug or feature but can be quite annoying when using anything other than black text.

Hello. I want to buy a subscription to "miro". Hi all, I have an odd problem that occurs seemingly randomly with Miro, in that I’ve not been able to determine a fixed method of replicating the problem. When I spoke with our Customer Success Manager recently, she suggested that I grab a screen recording if I could and then post it here in the community. The good news is, I finally have the screen recording. Is there a recommended way to interactively share a Miro board in a space that has a Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) A/V setup that includes a touchscreen monitor as a front-of-room display?I’m able to Share a Miro board in a Teams meeting, and can show that Board on an MTR, but even with a touchscreen display on the MTR I am not able to interact with the Board.(If sharing a Microsoft Whiteboard with an MTR, on the other hand, if shown on a touchscreen display then users in the room can edit the shared Whiteboard using their fingers or a stylus, and those changes are reflected in participants’ view of the Whiteboard. Using a Microsoft Surface Hub has a different experience, too, but since those are being converted to be MTRs by default in latest releases perhaps this will be a concern on those devices as well?)Thanks for any help you can offer!Cheers,Jamie

Hello,The Add Frame to Activity button “+” is missing on all of my browsers including Chrome, Opera and the desktop app (updated to latest).When I clicked on ‘pick frames’ and adding frames, nothing happend.I have logged out all of them and re-logged in. Still can’t use the feature.What should I do? 

I’m leaving my teaching gig and I need to migrate my Education plan to a paid professional plan.I’ve read all the messages about downgrading and then upgrading, but it appears I still have to have someone from support help me, since there are no upgrade/downgrade buttons available in my educational plan.I need to do this soon before I lose access to my educational email.

I’m relatively new to Miro, and have been migrating boards over from Mural. The migrated boards don’t have frames (Mural uses the ‘outline’ function to segment boards), so I need to add frames after the fact. 90% of the time this works fine, but every once in a while I’ll try to add a frame and as soon as I adjust the frame borders to the correct size it hides/deletes all other content on the board. I’ve tried bringing content forward/sending the frame to back but nothing solves the issue. Has anyone else had this happen, and what did you do to fix it?

For many years our company has restricted the install of software on windows, this used to be no problem with Miro as the desktop app was available as a stand alone package that required no installation. I was recently updated/refreshed and have been trying to download the Miro app again but this option seems to have disappeared. The only choice now is a windows installer (Miro-Setup.exe) which will not work for me. I much prefer the desktop app to using the browser, it has always been more responsive and less memory intensive. I do have the option of installing from the windows store but this version of the app always seems to be a bit behind and problematic. Currently I have problems when returning to open boards that they do not re-load, they appear as a completely blank grey screen with no option to refresh/reconnect. The only option is to close and re-open the board. I never had these sorts of problems with the standalone app.Is the windows installer the only option for downloadin

Dear Miro Team,we bought 2 seats for Team Members. I personally don’t work with the Team, but I manage our Licenses etc. and als manage seats for e.g. Miro.Is there a possibility to assign the seats to the Team-Membes as company admin without an own paid seat?Best RegardsAlexander

Hello,I am new with the Miro Rest API.I already have a little program that I can check for a board with a specific name is created and if not I make another rest call to create it.The problem is that when I use the https://developers.miro.com/reference/get-boards script, I noticed that the boards created by https://developers.miro.com/reference/copy-board do not show up or count.Anyone have this issue too?Does anyone were able to solve it?

I am a developer who is creating a SaaS Management Platform.We need to use Miro's Organization Members API.First, I created an app in Dev Team.And I tried to select the required scope, but the required organizations:read is not in the options.Please tell me how to do it.Do we also need to subscribe to Miro Enterprise in order to select the organizations:read scope?

When creating a template, I can use the first page as the thumbnail but when I then use the template to create a copy and to use for a particular client, the only thumbnail I can choose is from the clip art icons. Is there a way I can continue to use the first page as the thumbnail?

Hey! I would love to see tags added to the mind map nodes. At our Lab, we use mind map to structure our user tests process, from the research questions, the test objectives, to the methods and tools, but also to gather and analyze data. And we use tags to indicate many different things: methods or tools we’ll use to look into a specific questions, link participants number to a finding, indicate the level of importance of a finding, etc. And the filtering of those tags is also helpful, for. ex is we want to see what research question will be covered by which method, or to see what feedback a precise participant or group of participants have shared. Right now, we are using MindManager but it won’t be supported by our studio anymore. And anyway, we’d prefer to use a collaborative tool. The only thing stopping us to move to Miro (for mind map) is this absence of tagging/filtering system.  

By closing a board in my account, I can’t find it anymore in the board list. ! can you help me ! Thank you !

Miro is not working in safari and this has to be fixed soon. A day ago it was working perfectly fine but now it says that the browser is not supported how can I resolve this issue.
