Due to the problem of the “unsubscribe” button not working, I would like to ask the support people to help me. I have tried several times to cancel my subscription and all I get on the screen is. I would be glad if you can solve this asap (as there is no ways to contact support directly)

Hi @Designforme. Since you currently have a paid subscription, you should have access to the support team contact form from both your dashboard and while on a board.
The steps to open the contact form can be found here:
First - I came to the contact centre and choose my problem
Second - Went through the process mentrioned by support team and receive this message
Third - Go along all of the questions and receive these error
And that’s all

I have the same problem. But with some few different details.
Due to the problem of the “unsubscribe” button not working, I have tried several times to cancel my subscription and all I get on the screen (Subsribtion failed to cancel). there were not any options to contact support.
Then I even I deleted my team. and when I create new there was only free miro.
And Miro still keeping me mail that my payment decline. But I have no idea how to cancel subscription.
