Lost my board

@Matilde15 - To clarify:

when I was entering my account, opening the board like usual, the content inside disappeared

Did it disappear as you opened the board, e.g., you could see it, but then it disappeared?

Have you opened the Frames panel to look for (and click to browse to) the frames?

Other things to try: 

Try is to bring the board into a view that is designed to bring all co tent into view, i.e., put it in the center of the screen - it is called Show all. You can activate this view by either:

1. Right-clicking on the  board and selecting Show all, or

2. use the Alt/Opt + 1 shortcut.

If you don't see anything, you should also check that there are not one or more objects over top of your content. First, ensure that everything is unlocked (you can undo this after using Ctrl/Cmd-Z) by right-clicking on the board and using Unlock all. Next, trying selecting all objects on the board using Ctrl/Cmd + A.

Have you looked in the board history?

I have all the boards disappeared, there are only links in the browser, part of the boards deleted and the main board is but access is not, it is like on another account, how can this be? I have a project of my life and it disappeared, what's wrong with your service?

I think I have a similar problem. I open boards up from last year and there is nothing there. When I go the Frames view, I see the content in the small frames, just not on the large board. On the large board it just looks like it is blank board. I really need to access the content
