Hi! While working on the board my virtual keyboard appears and disappears in a random way. How can I fix it?

Hey folks,we are using the kanban view on miro boards. Currently, our “Completed” column is getting larger and larger. How can I hide the completed tasks after a while?BestsChris

Hi, I want to share my miro board without the grid. I want the people to see it the way I see it – without the grid. I hide the grid in my board settings, then share an anon link.The person receiving the link (not logged in) see the boards/frames with the grid and don’t have a way to hide them.Is this a bug or do I miss something?

Hello, I've encountered an issue on the website. My cursor is offset downwards. This happens in any browser. Clearing the cache didn't help. If I completely close the browser and reopen it, everything is fine for a while. But as soon as I minimize the browser or switch to another application, the problem comes back.I've attached a screenshot showing the offset. I'm not sure what else I can provide to help you investigate the issue, please let me know – I will provide it.(And yes, just to note, all my ad blockers are enabled).On the screenshot, the red dot is the actual cursor position, while the blue line shows where it is highlighting/selecting the area.

Hey there, i used to do a lot of work on MiRO some years ago and i recently got back to using it. I discovered that every single image of all my boards is now a negative of itself. Creating a new board and inserting a new image by various methods all result in the image being displayed as a negative.Has anyone had the same issue ? This makes it pretty much impossible to use MiRO for my intended purposes as all images because unreadable. A series of portraits, all rendered as negatives by MiRO. Original images are standard photographs. 

Hi,I have a board with a bunch of individual PNG’s, and my team members download these assets individually. I was asked to standardize the naming of each PNG, which I did in my Miro board. Come to find out, when you download the images from the board, they’re still saving as their original file name! Is there any way to save images as their updated names from the board?Visual example below: Thanks in advance!!

Please help!  We have a few professors who have all signed up (with their school email) for the free educator accounts.  We have all been granted access BUT all professors are being included in the same TEAM.  The website states for the free educator account that multiple teams can exist on the same domain. Due to the limit of 100 users, we are hitting our max with our students and all faculty on the same team. HOW DO EDUCATORS MAKE THEIR OWN TEAM, and not get stuck in the original team that was made by me?

Hi, This is a very desperate ask-for-help post: Since graduation, I lost access to my EDU miro account(which only supports SSO login) where I have most of my academic material stored inside.I contacted MIRO before—MIRO asked me to ask my school—I tried all the options of contacting the IT center, the faculty and the contact center of my university—they can do nothing about it: there’s no way to get my EDU email back because it is terminated not long after my graduation. But I want to try once again: is it possible to get help from MIRO admin to get access to my EDU account and share the information with my new paid MIRO account? I guess this is the only workaround(correct me if I’m wrong) and I sincerely hope that this by any chance would work.Really appreciate any help you could provide. Many thanks,Tanya

Hi Miro team & community!I hope someone can help me with this issue.I was part of an Education team provided by a professor of my university, and I created several private boards within that team. Recently, the entire Education team was downgraded to a Free team, and since then I can no longer access any of my private boards. They don’t show up in my dashboard, drafts, or anywhere inside the team.I am still a member of the team, but the boards remain invisible, so I’m worried that they might be lost, although I assume they are just hidden due to Free team limitations.Since I was fairly new to Miro, I didn’t realize that the boards I created would be tied to the team rather than directly to my personal account. I genuinely thought they belonged to me individually, so the situation has caught me off guard.Is there any way to recover or restore access to my private boards?If it is necessary to switch to a Starter Plan or apply for an Educatio

As titled. It is extremely frustrating, because I am selecting text to move or edit it, but the auto zoom out makes the text small and illegible and I also have to zoom back in manually, often in the process lose the selection. It is also not accessibility friendly, too much sudden movement on the screen. I wish Miro has an option to disable these “automatic” features and just let users enjoy a steady display and have full control of zoom-level.

Hi everyone,I’m working with Arabic content in Miro, where the reading and visual flow is right-to-left (RTL).When I upload a PDF and use the “Extract pages” option, Miro automatically arranges all pages in a horizontal row from left to right. For Arabic use cases, I need the pages to be ordered from right to left, so that page 1 appears on the far right, page 2 to its left, etc.Right now, I have to manually reorder the pages every time, which becomes very time-consuming for large PDFs and presentations.My questions are:1) Is there any existing setting, plugin, or known workaround to automatically arrange extracted PDF pages in RTL order in Miro?2) How are other Arabic / RTL users handling this? Any best practices or tips to make this process easier?Additionally, I would really like to see an official feature that supports RTL page ordering (right-to-left) for extracted PDFs and boards designed for Arabic and other RTL

Does anyone know how to move boards from a workspace to a private space? For some reason, someone else with the same domain as me can access my workspace, and therefore I can no longer edit my boards. Do you know how to fix this?

Hello! Please help me solve my problem: the keyboard doesn't appear when I type on Miro. It's only visible if I completely restart Miro.But as soon as I touch the screen with the stylus to write by hand instead of with my finger, the keyboard is no longer visible when I need to type. Good day together, We were told that as a student of the University of Kassel, we have a contract with miro, whereby we should have access to one of the premium plans when registering with our university mail. Unfortunately, this was not the case when registering, this did not bother us any further. Unfortunately, one of our employees accidentally deleted one of our boards, because we do not have access to the paper basket with the Freeplan, we do not have the possibility to restore it. Therefore, I wanted to ask if you could activate us for the Premium Plan as agreed or at least restore the board? Thank you in advance for your help.Best regards
