Upgrade from Free to Business plan with payment by invoice

Hello,

Currently I have a Free account, however I want to upgrade it to Business account and be the Company Admin for license management.

Even when I choose 10 licenses and yearly payment, I still do not have an option to pay by invoice.

Additionally, I wanted to ask about the team setup. Currently as a free user, I have 1 placeholder team. However, after upgrading I would like to invite more users and organize them in multiple teams. If I purchase 10 licenses while upgrading, will I be able to distribute them freely among all teams within one company?

Alternatively, is there a different, smoother way to create a Business account right away? Should I delete my free account and start from the beginning? Thank you.

@Magdalena Kucharska I’ll try to answer what I can:

I am 99% sure they only scenario in which you can pay by invoice is if you are on the Enterprise subscription. If you need an answer on this before you create a paid subscription, let me know and I will convert your post into a support ticket. FYI: Once you have a paid subscription, you can open a Miro support ticket by following these instructions:

https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020185799-How-to-contact-Miro-Support#h_01F010RXA0E1S9C0WFQYX75R6C

Yes. You will have ten licenses that you can assign to any ten registered Miro account holders. And, those ten people can be a member of one or more (or all) teams you create.

Yes, you can create a new team/subscription:

Creating a Paid Subscription vs. upgrading a Free Plan team

If your account profile is only a member of one team space, you should see a Create new team action to the right of your current team name:

And if your account profile is a member of two or more team spaces, you should see a Crate team action in the team switcher menu:

A third option is to browse to https://miro.com/pricing/ (NOTE: You should already be signed into Miro before doing this as it will create a new team under your current account profile!)
