The “Next” button on the payment page isn’t lighting up after filling in all the fields. I have tried on different devices still can not proceed next with my payment to subscribe for a monthly plan.

The “Next” button on the payment page isn’t lighting up after filling in all the fields. I have tried on different devices still can not proceed next with my payment to subscribe for a monthly plan.

 

@perspective.english Tip: If you have changed the number of Licenses dropdown to be less than the number of members that are currently on your team, you will not be able to proceed (e.g., there are five people on your team, but you just want to upgrade and pay for yourself) - you would need to remove users from the team first. And if you are not the team adminz you would need to create a new team and then move your boards to the new team.

I have 1 member and I wrote 1 license, this is my first time trying to pay for Miro… and the “Next” button still doesn’t light up

Are any fields highlighted red?

If you're comfortable sharing a screenshot, while masking/blurring and personal information, that may help some spot something that we're not seeing.

I left the CVC empty for demonstration purposes but even when filled in the Next button isn’t lighting up

@perspective.english I removed the image for privacy purposes. 

Here is the issue:

 

You have 9 members in the team, but you are changing the Licences dropdown to "1 member".

You cannot proceed until you either purchase 9 Licenses or remove 8 other team members. 

If you don't want to remove members from the team, you can create a new team and then move your boards to the new team.

That works, thank you! Even thou I chose 1 member plan in the beginning I still had to remove 8 members
