Not able to resubmit app

Hey Miro community! 

With ProBackup we’d like to publish some changes to our app. However, when we click on resubmit the app, we always get the error “Submission request failed”. 

Does anyone have an idea how to solve this? Is there any other way to contact the marketplace team of Miro?

I believe we have a bug in this part of the process, I’ll put in a ticket for the backlog. 

For now, could you please email us at devrel@miro.com with what you’d like changed for your app and we can make the changes for you in the backend.

@ProBackup Several of us ran into this as well and end the end it did actually go through.

@Horea Porutiu Are you able to confirm if a submission for ProBackup was received?

I appreciate the quick reply ​@Robert Johnson. We’ve been trying to submit this since early January so I don’t think the submission went through. 

Would you know if there is any way to contact the review team of the Miro App marketplace apart from this forum?
