Is there any chance to get back access to my board without logging in? Created this new account to ask this question. I still have my login data, so I would be able to verify that im the owner of the data.Ive got a free plan, so I don't see any chance to contact the support.

Ok, so I want to switch off ALL AI features in Miro. Is this even possible? I did a search on the support site, and what I found didn’t work.  FWIW, I have a paid starter account.

Dear Miro Support Team, My name is Lesia Vashchyshyna, and I am an online mathematics teacher writing to you from Ukraine. I am currently teaching math to Ukrainian students online. Due to the ongoing war and difficult circumstances in our country, I am no longer employed at an offline school and do not have access to an institutional corporate email (like .edu.ua). I work independently to ensure that children can continue their education, maintain their routine, and learn math despite the constant challenges we face here. Miro is the absolute best platform for my math lessons. The infinite canvas, smart shape drawing, and equation tools are vital for explaining complex geometric problems and formulas to my students. Since I do not fit into the standard automated Education Plan application form without a school email, I am reaching out to you directly. Hello I plan to use Miro Starter whiteboard ONLY FOR MYSELF (1 member). Why does a starter plan charge for 2 memebrs, when I have only 1? I would like to buy Miro starter for my work (create dashboards and use it as a board) but despite me having just 1 member (myself) it keeps saying it will charge for 2 members, if I will want to buy a Starter pack..

Hello Miro Team,I can no longer access my Miro account because my former university email address has been deactivated. Unfortunately, I am the owner of several important boards containing research data and project results that I urgently need to access.I also have an active Miro Education account under a different email address.Would it be possible to recover my boards and transfer them to my existing Education account?As my original account is on the Free Plan, I cannot contact support directly. Hi,I want to reach out to a Miro employee. I have an organisation on an old Enterprise Plan that is expired. We want to delete this organisation but bc it has an expired enterprise plan on it we cannot delete the last Team. Thanks in advance for reaching out.

I've been unable to sign back into the mobile app. Whenever I try, I get the "magic link" sent to my email and when I try to get it to open on my app, nothing happens.  I had similar difficulties a few days ago on desktop, but have had no issues since. It's just the mobile app I can't use now.  Anyone else unable to use the app, or know a good workaround? 

I cannot receive the magic link email whether I log in from the computer or the mobile phone.Please help!

Hi everyone!I wanted to know if miro has currently put a minimum amount of members for the Starter subscriptions.On July 9, 2026, I had a Starter plan with one license, your pricing page still states that automatic payments have no minimum, while the Help Center now says the minimum is two. Can I keep or reactivate my previous single-seat plan? I didn’t renewed for some weeks because I didn’t plan to work on my project those days, but it’s still weird that the renewing of the payment asked for a single seat (8€ + taxes) while now I can only select minimum 2 (16€ + taxes).

Bonjour,J’ai malheureusement perdu l’accès à un tableau Miro sur lequel se trouvaient toutes mes recherches pour mon projet de fin d’études.J’ai déjà vérifié les différentes équipes auxquelles j’ai actuellement accès ainsi que mes tableaux, mais je ne le retrouve nulle part. Je l’avais créé vers mai 2026 avec mon compte Miro habituel, associé à mon adresse e-mail.Le tableau contenait les recherches pour deux projets : un projet sur la mythologie égyptienne et un autre autour de la dyslexie. Je ne me souviens malheureusement plus du nom exact du tableau, et je n’ai plus son lien.J’ai également essayé de retrouver le lien dans mon historique Chrome, mais celui-ci ne remonte malheureusement pas jusqu’à mai.Est-ce que quelqu’un aurait une idée de la manière dont je pourrais retrouver ce tableau, ou vérifier s’il est toujours associé à mon compte ou à une ancienne équipe ?Merci beaucoup pour votre aide !

Hi,I have an existing Miro account that currently has access to a board shared with me by another user.The team shown in my dashboard is called “ENGLISH TUTOR”, but Miro explicitly shows:“You're not a member of this team.”I would now like to create my own independent Free team/workspace using this same Miro account.According to the Miro Free Plan documentation, a user should be able to create their own Free team as long as they are not a member of another Miro team.However, when I open the team/organization selector, the only available option is “Add organization”, which redirects me to selecting a paid plan. I cannot find any option to create my first Free team.I do not want to create another Miro account, and I do not want to join the “ENGLISH TUTOR” team. Using the login link from the automatic email is extremely inconvenient, especially when working across different computers, as I have to go through the email login process every time before I can access Miro.

we are running into 500 errors when we create a lot of frames, the code works fine on my instance, however fails for a customer for whom we are running the code for. I have been wanting this feature for years, so I thought I would ask the Community's thoughts.The Miro board — an infinite canvas. Powerful. But increasingly complex. The only navigation tool? The Frames panel — tucked on the right, limited to Frames only. It's been the same for as long as I can remember.As boards grow in complexity, the question becomes bigger than Frames: what if you could navigate to any object, any location on the board?Here's what I'm envisioning:A navigation panel in the left/Spaces sidebar — clicking any item pans to that object on the board (think Alt/Option + 2 to "zoom to selection") Search for and pin any object to this list Create board location links (e.g., a Home or Start view) Add any object to the navigation list directly from its context menu New items would default to the object's name, filename, image alt text, etc. — but could be renamed Reorder items freely Any board participant could use this panel — including Guests and Visitors, not just team me

I’ve currently created a regular Miro account with my student email and have now found out there is an educational version for students. Should I delete my regular account and sign up for the student account or will it not work? I’ve tried it once in the past, but it did not work and it said “The allowed number of accounts is exceeded. Please use a different email address.” I’ve recovered my account now so should I try again, but after deleting wait a day or two so it doesn’t bug?

Hello,I´m not able to login via mail and password anymore and the magic link does not work in the MIRO app. It gets kind of stuck in an infinite loop.When I click the link the browser asks if to use the app or the browser and when I choose the App it opens but sends a new link instead of loggin me in.Need imediate help please.best regards
