Hi,Some feedback!Although it’s still a bit tricky to change to the new mouse controls I do believe they are a good choice. Thank you for that.Though I’ve noticed that a few things have changed:Zoomed out selection seems to suddenly be less accurate. When I’m clearly clicking on something below I’m finding something above being selected. Although I can compensate for this, it does seem that something has changed / is off in the accuracy of selection. This is solved by zooming in closer, though the level of zoom required is waaaay different then previously. I’m talking something taking up 5% of the height of the screen and I can’t select it easily. Double-clicking on a grouped set of objects to edit something within the group never used to permanently ungroup the group of objects. Now when I double click to edit the group becomes ungrouped and that’s a new behaviour. It doesn’t work for me as I only want to edit within the group not ungroup. Anyone knows what Miro uses for the product tips that you see inside the app? They are really cool! Looks like some in-house solution?

In case an element A is behind element B voting on element A can only be added but not changedIn this case, if you click on element A in the voting session a vote will be added. But hovering over the existing vote does not offer the + / - option to change your vote. If you move element A into the upper most layer of elements it is possible.

I’m not sure what specifically changed, but I can’t move any selected items on the screen with my trackpad. I have gotten it to work once, but I have no idea what triggered it. Zoom isn’t working like it used to either. My Apple mouse is a little better, but not much. We are all struggling doing the simplest things. What was the purpose to this change? 

Hello,I’m trying to lock lines drawn by a pen in a chart, but I found out, that this doesn’t work.I tried it with the same lines in and our of the chart. Here are Screenshots  of the problem  Thats quite troubeling because I’m trying to use miro as a plattform for the free japanese online class that I’m currently developing.Have a nice day ^^  

Hello. Looks like an awesome tool.Is there a way to share a miro mindmap diagram, and put it into a web page, so that the people viewing it, can click on the nodes and move them around, but not see all the normal Miro toolbars, etc.So basically the person viewing the miro mindmap in any external webpage/website, would just see the miro mindmap, and be able to move the different pieces around on the screen (just like you do when developing it?) but not be able to add anything to it?Lastly, is it possible to programatically collapse and expand each of the nodes in the mindmap? So like if a user was looking at the miro mindmap on an external website, they could click each of the main nodes, and hide all the pieces/children attached to each of the parent nodes.  So it would be very interactive for the user looking at the mindmap, and be able to show and hide what they want….?

I created a board in the Free version. Now I've been added to our paid Enterprise version (full license). How do I open the board I started in the paid version of Miro? It's currently says "view only" in the Free instance. Can not download it either.

Highlight part of a flow chart based on tags or first shape, 

We have a small company of about 50 people. Only a few of us need to have a paid team membership as we administrate for the entire company. We regularly share board access with other employees who are NOT team members since they only need to occasionally access them. What I’m wondering is how to enable them to see these boards specifically shared with them on their Miro ‘home’ page. If we star the board, it will always show up in that category but is there another way? otherwise they end up having to find the public link in an email every time to get into the board. We are on a team membership. Would upgrading to business change any of the ways guests within the company access our boards? Thanks for your help!

I’m trying to emulate the request to get all widgets from the “List All Widgets - Try It” page locally. I have an index.js file that is linked in a html file. Is the endpoint incorrect? Am I supposed to be adding additional fields to the options? I tried making a request through Postman using that endpoint and the access token that was provided when the app was made and the request works. I just don’t get what’s wrong with this fetch request :(

Hi, is there a way to automatically count up content in rows in Miro, like it is in excel? For example I want to create a schedule with weeks in the first row. Do I have to manually enter all weeks from 1 to 52 or is there a short way that Miro fills in the rows automatically? Thanks,Best regards,Hanno

Hey - so i use miro with my personal account. I am able to access my board using the chrome browser from my laptop. But when i access the same board from my miro apple app - i keep on getting the error “Access revoked - sharing settings for this board have changed”. Steps: login to miro apple app - works fine.  i see the only board that i have under that account.  i click on it and get the mentioned error. This was working fine a week back. What can i do different? 

I use the Conusltant plan - and i really love that I´ve have the possibility now to bulid up a Team for every customer. Unfortunately I can´t move the existing projects to the Team, only copy board by board - that´s a big waste of time.And I can´t use my personla templates in the several teams, therfore I first have to make a board on my “universal” space to move it afterwards board by board to the customer/team?Is there another possibility?

Hello there,I'm emailing about a board which has been deleted. When I created this board with my partner [EMAIL HIDDEN TO PROTECT PRIVACY] it was accidentally put into her university team and I think the administrator must have deleted it thinking it was useless, this course has now ended so we have no way to contact the administrator anymore, but it's actually crucial to our personal project unrelated to that group.So I'm hoping if you can please take a look at restoring it, my partner has also tried to contact about this.the Board name isYoung Makers Academy boardOwned by biyaomu. I was thinking of building a plug-in to do this (but not using the existing story widget - just creating something custom): https://community.miro.com/wish-list-32/user-story-mapping-feature-collapsible-rows-5526It would involveA story board wrapper - which could automatically stack the rows vertically Rows which could contain stickers and notes etc (could be frames) Shapes on each row that could act as buttons to toggle expanding them and collapsing them - as well as triggering the main wrapper to re align the rows verticallyCan I do this with the tools in the SDK?I got the Hello World app working, but I didn’t see an example of someone making a new widget - which I think I would need to do for point 2 above, or at least add an onClick listener to a shape - is that possible? Could I add something to the menu of a frame saying it is a story wrapper or a story row, and then something to the menu of a shape to designate it as an expand collapse toggle for the row it is in?

I am trying to make a custom shape that would be easiest using a table/grid, but when I try to add it to another grid I get a message that this widget isn’t supported.  I made this template using both shapes and tables. The table version is much nicer to work with, but I can’t use it in a grid which is annoying, and the shape option is a little tedious to work with.  I also found this in a template in Miroverse, but can’t figure out for the life of me how it was created.where a context edit menu lets you add rows and columns, but not delete them, nor merge cells.I’m guessing the shape method is my best bet for now, but was curious if any other ideas were out there.  thanks!

Hi,I have a little problem with my upgrade plan. Accidentally I upgraded the wrong team that I’ve never know and I couldn’t find any options to transfer my upgrade to another team.What I wanted to do is use the plan in my team and protect my team board from anonymous people. but now my coworkers and I are in the random team and I paid 11 seats for that team. Any help would be appreciated.

How can I view the feedback I've provided miro about their platform?   I was reviewing my team’s work and mistakenly used the Feedback to Miro button which I have since learned s for sharing thoughts about the platform.  I am now aware the proper way to capture my thoughts and feedback for my team.   Is there anyway I can get the comments I sent to the platform developers back so I do not have remember all of my feedback and recreate them?

New to Miro - Hello, I created a board but can’t type in it anymore - neither to edit stickies or text previously added by me, nor when I try and add new stickies - there just seems to be no option to change the text or type something new. this also happens when I create a new board - I can’t seem to type, nothing happens when I click in the space/on the sticky. I’m using Miro in Chrome, on my MacBook, and have just joined the lowest paid option (for three team members). Please help! TIA 

Hi there. Classic situation… I click to select multiple nodes. By accident I moved them. I can’t undo it, without losing selection. I hope there is functionality I simply don’t know about rather than Miro not being developed well enough in that regard. Cheers,DS
