How do I change the full license (15$) of an employee to the free version without deleting the boards and without deleting the collaborators from the team and having to add them again?

Are there multiple paid users and you are only trying to downgrade one’s access or is that the only paid user in the plan and you want to switch to the free plan?

Exactly, there are multiple paid users (around 16) that I would like to downgrade to the free plan. :)
