I was a creator on the board. I invited a person, so there were two of us there. Then we stopped using the board. And now I noticed that she invited one more person aaand they made me just a viewer (??). But this board is actually created by me. I’d like to delete the board and all the users from it because I now need a new one

Сейчас я заметила, что она пригласила туда ещё одного пользователя и меня сделали там только зрителем ‘view only’. Как это вообще возможно, если я - создатель?? И как мне удалить теперь доску, распустив всех членов? Мне нужна новая доска и необходимо эту удалить соответственно

I lost the password to my google account I used for miro after clearing cash on Google Chrome today.I cannot log in miro because I don't remember my  google account password and I wasn't able to restore it so I can't log in my google account to follow a link  and to change my password in miro. Do you have  a back up or can you export my board to another account? What should I  do?

I have a small communications and PR agency in which I’m using Miro to organize idea for several campaings and messages. I bought the 2 licenses fee a couple of weeks ago, but last week Miro charged me for 5 members, since I have 3 other people in one Miro. It was an accident though and I will not be using these 3 other members spaces.  Can someone help me to understand how to gain my credit back?

Hi,can someone help me with this issue? As a Scrum Master I am not able to lock/unlock the team’s board.. even though I am in Editor role.I tried everything, also added myself to all boards which are available for me within my company.Could you please be so kind and help me with the lock/unlock issues I am facing?Thanks a lot in advance!Martina

Hi there!For the third year I will be coordinating a design course at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences where students have to use a Miro board as a template for their project.Last year i was owner of all boards and a students duo working together on the board got an edit-link. Now since I could not get a read-only link at the same time, students were not able to review boards of other duo’s.This year I would like to get that peer review going. so my question is, how to set up everything in order to get the permission issues right?

Hi Community,here is what Im trying to do without large coding experience.I wanna set up a learning room in Gather.Town. Every User should be able to create a own room here (this allready works via API). Every Room should have a pre defined set of embedded Miro Boards, with Templates that shall be filled with content. Since the room generates automaticly via API triggered by Zapier. I also wanna duplicate the existing boards (that allready worked).BUT!The duplicated boards are always set on private. Therefore new users cant get access to them to edit. Is there a way to set the duplicated board on public or on password?I found this:https://developers.miro.com/reference/update-boardI actually can trigger Javascript via Zapier. So is that the way to set a automaticly duplicated board to public and editable?Thank you!

Is it possible to use the original widget on the miro board like the widget created by createShape? I want to treat it like a figure, not an image.

In Miro kan ik een een webpagina met web page capture toevoegen aan mijn bord. Echter als ik een beveiligde webpagina als Power-BI dashbord daarin vermeld krijg ik niet de pagina zelf te zien maar een in log scherm dat ik verder niet kan invullen.Heeft iemand tips over hoe ik power-BI dashbords in miro kan intergreren?  

Hi!I have a free account in Miro and I try to export one of my frames as pdf or Jpeg.However, the button to export still remain disabled. Can someone tell me what I can do to export?Any tips would be really appreciated!  

Since the changes to the select functionality over the last few days - I now find that whenever I want to select something (or somethings) within a container of some decription - whether a box, table or something else - it ALWAYS selects the container as well - even if I go nowhere near the edges.  I’m finding this very frustrating. Any suggestions.

Corrupt image won’t load? Have I lost this image now? Way to make this program more stable so I won’t loose my work in the future.Makes me nervous to continue using this program..  

I can’t log in with google account on Mac app. When I enter my google account, I get an error:  “Couldn't sign you in. This browser or app may not be secure. Try using a different browser. If you’re already using a supported browser, you can refresh your screen and try again to sign in.”    

Hello, I have a question. Does Miro offer a free trial of any of their paid plans? I am thinking of getting a Team plan but wondering if it would be worth the money. Also, do paid plans offer a feature where I can save my work as powerpoint and not just PDF?

Добрый день! Подскажите: необходимо использовать доски для 4-х пользователей и администратора. Возникают 2 вопроса:Надо покупать аккаунт “teams” и 3 дополнительных пользователя? Можно скрыть доски одного пользователя от остальных. 

Hey there When trying to create LineWidgets with captions, the latter don’t show up anywhere.Maybe I’m understanding these captions wrong though.. My data to create the widget from is for example:```"type":"LINE","startWidgetId":"3458764518694665547","endWidgetId":"3458764518694665157","style":{"lineType":2,"lineStyle":1,"lineEndStyle":6,"lineStartStyle":0,"lineThickness":2,"lineColor":"#ff1500"},"captions":[{"text":"depends"}],"capabilities":{"editable":false},"metadata":{"{id}":{"id":{id}}}}``` Creating a widget based on this data works, but the result lacks a caption. What i’d expect/want is:  Am I using the “captions” property correctly?

Hi all,  I hope you can help me, because I am kind of desperate, Since the past 2 years I have used the same board, upploadind or creating different activites. Today everytime I try to open i, it starts to upploading everything and then it freezs. And I can’t do anything. Please could you help me? I really don’t know what do, there is all my work of the past two years.  P.s. i create a new board, and this one it is working.
