Question to the wisdom of the cloud:

Is there a setting to fix a specific frame that is in the focus for all participants using the link to open the board?

Yes, if you use the Set start view settings option it will let you pick the area (you can focus on the frame you’d want) which participants will see when they FIRST access the board. From that point on, whenever they re-access the board, they will get taken back to the area where they’d last been.
