Hello everyone. I’m a project manager from Russian Federation. I have a free Miro plan. I have lots of business processes that are organized through Miro. I didn’t get the email about ending of customer service for users from Russia and Belarus. I have two main questions:   Will freeplan accounts from Russia and Belarus be blocked? And the main question. Is there a possibility to get a free-trial plan for 14 days without connecting a bank card and ordering a business plan subscription? I want to get a possibility to export all of my boards in vector-pdf format to use another availiable platform. I don’t have any card that would be appropriate to get the subscription the usual way. I guess that a lot of users from Russia share the same problem with me. It would be a great gesture from you to give us free business trial to export all of our boards in good quality before blocking the accounts. Hello!ESL teacher from Russia here. I got the email yesterday - my Miro account will be blocked because I live in Russia. I have a lot of complicated feelings about it, but it’s not the point. I understand that Miro has no other choice and thank you for providing your service until now.When the sanctions are over, will the access be restored?I’ve tried Russian competitors and, well… Let’s say they leave a lot to be desired. And now I have no other choice - I will have to use them.I would like to continue using Miro when it’s all over.

Hi, as part of my training service I am giving access to my workshop templates for my customers to duplicate and use for their own purposes (e.g. like a public facing Google Doc)I am on the Starter plan, I don’t want them to become members, rather just access the board via the password-enabled public link, duplicate and use it how they wish on their own accounts.I have read the help articles on how to restrict / limit visitors from joining my team in the Settings/Permissions and think I have this set up correctly to avoid joining my team.My questions are:Is my idea possible without having to change my plan;are there limits to how many visitors can access the board and;if there are any changes in the future regarding how plans work could this disrupt my service offering or is the public access part going to remain the same regardless of plans?

   Hi everyone! Our colleagues with paid Miro accounts have started receiving emails saying that their accounts will soon be blocked, and they won't be able to create anything new. Is this true?

Whenever I go to a Miro board by clicking on a frame on the left hand side, the top half of all of my boards change to a pale yellow color. When I refresh, they all go back to the normal yellow color. Why is this happening?

I`ve heard that many users in Russia have got emails that they`ll loose access to their miro boards because they are in Russia.I haven`t got any notifications and now I`m using a free plan. Am I going to loose access to my boards?

Hello! When copying and subsequent updating, the order of the layers is destroyed (with object snapping). Is it possible to fix it? I’m on my iPad drawing for my students but the students don’t see the actual animation of my line. For example, I want to draw a line on my iPad, once the line is drawn and finish the line will just appear. However I want my students to actually see the drawing of my line and not just randomly appear. When I write on Google Jamboard, the animation of the line will appear. How do I achieve a similar effect?

I made a board on Miro then clicked "Export this board" button and chose “Save to Google Drive".This creates a link to the board under My Drive in Google Drive.Now, if I decide to rename the board in Miro, is it possible to set it to also rename the board that exists inGoo gle Drive without having to open Google Drive and rename it from there, too?

How can i integrate notion templates in miro

Hi there My miro account was registered in Russia. But currently I’m not in.Today I have got mailing about blocking my account after 11 sept. How I can continue using my acc?

I have a free Miro account registered to my old work email address -- I’ve left the org, so can no longer access it. The account is no longer part of any work teams, or associated in any other way.I can’t change the email address as Miro won’t allow an org email address to be changed.I can’t delete the account - which I would like to do - because I no longer have access to the email account to which Miro will send the confirmation prompt.What do I do?

When I first opened an already filled board, the names of the people who created objects were shown on the objects. There was a blue button in the bottom center “hide ...” I clicked it and the names disappeared. But how can I get the object-creator names back? I do not mean the “show collaborator cursors”! There where named of object owners/ creator/ editors shown on the single objects themselves...

Hello everyone,We have received several reports from employees in our company that they could not copy and paste objects within Miro boards while not having a license (as a restricted user).We have tested a few scenarios and have come to the following conclusion:As a full user, you can copy and paste to boards if you have editing rights. As a restricted user, you can duplicate the object, but you cannot copy it within the board or to another board.(bzw. it worked like 24h ago. no Permissions were changed in teams, projects or boards)Now to the question:Do you need to be a Full user to copy and paste objects in Miro?! Thanks for the Help in advance

As noted in this thread https://community.miro.com/developer-platform-and-apis-57/is-there-any-way-to-change-a-card-widget-fill-color-through-the-rest-or-web-apis-2161?postid=8939#post8939 its possible to set card colours and fill using the Web SDK API. What seems not to be possible though yet for some reason using the Web SDK v2 is to set the card colours for Jira Cards using the same commands.Is this intended? Does anyone know of a work around?What I would like to do is be able to programatically set the colour of cards based on a card property, for example the Jira card priority field. While the Jira cards app does not support this natively yet and even if it did, it would be very convenient if the API allowed this since its supported in the UI. Many thanks!

I created a large board with numerous wireframes and was preparing for user testing, when I opened my board and realised wireframe components such as buttons and drop-down lists have lost their original appearance (graphics are all messed up with button text changed, background made transparent) and all their editing properties are lost (no properties show up when I click on the element). The only way to fix this currently is to replace the elements. Since rebuilding all my screens will be a huge waste of time, I’m hoping someone could help me resolve this or restore my board?Any help much appreciated

The functionality on some (not all tables) on one of my boards has changed. When I click on the 3 dots beside or above a row or column, it highlights the entire table NOT the row or column I am wanting to edit, it also means I cannot easily drag, drop or add columns or rows.  Has anyone else come across this issue?

When I try to add the Azure Cards App to my miro, all the boards are greyed out and I cant select any of my boards and there is no other way for me to progress to add the application. I have checked other integrations and this isnt the case with other applications, I am an admin of the organisation so I dont think its that either. 

One of my most used feature and super welcome addition was the resize multiple images to fit width or height. I can’t find it anymore in the context menu - it only appears on selecting a single image and adds only the original or half size functions. single imagemultiple image

All of a sudden the Miro board I have created for my portfolio (which most people will view in a web broweser) is displaying all kinds of pretty severe errors with type in paragraphs.The paragraphs are now repeating the same sentences and lines over and over again — instead of showing the actual text in the text boxes.This app is getting bad enough I am going to have to switch to FigJam or something where I can present things like this without the embarassment of having things thrown helter skelter like this…Images attached.This is happening in Chrome for MacOS but not in the Miro desktop application for MacIt’s ridiculous because it switches back and forth between what is in these screenshots and the actual text — flickering back and forth constantly as you zoom in and out from my boards.  

Hi I can’t seem to load my Miro boards on Google Chrome.I have:Cleared cache and files ran incognito modeThe issue still persists where my boards just contentiously load. I have tried on Firefox and there is no issue that I can pick up
