Sorry to hear about your issues. There could be a mix of issues keeping the board from loading, including VPN settings or browsers. Read through this old thread, that has several tips from our readers. Without more details it’s hard to know what’s causing issues for you.  Hope this helps. 

Hello @ElvaMiro - I found the issue was the RAM my laptop had. I only have 8 gigs, and I was able to create it on this computer, but - when it reloaded, I couldn’t edit it. 

I found another thread that mentioned RAM, so I moved to my other laptop that has 16 gigs of RAM and it loaded just fine. I was able to remove the objects that I had loaded so that I can continue editing on my regular, 8gig, laptop.
