I’m thrilled to let you know we just released two exciting updates that will make your collaboration in Miro more fun and engaging than ever before We added four more sticky note colors – now you can better color code your ideas or assign sticky note colors to your team members when you’re brainstorming collaboratively Now you can add emojis to your Miro boards using our all-new app. Use them to create ice breakers, spice up your presentations, vote for ideas, and more! New week – new Changelog update! New Miroverse categories and templatesMiroverse is Miro’s collection of community templates that is regularly updated with new submissions from our amazing customers. We added 35 new templates in September and introduced five new categories to help you navigate all of the great content. Visit Miroverse to learn more. Team Plan billing updatesWe changed the way we charge for the new seats added during the subscription billing period on the Team Plan. This change will make our billing infrastructure more stable and scalable, and billing experience – easier and clearer for our customers. Now you can:Use /miro in docs and task descriptions to embed your Miro boards directly into ClickUp Add Miro boards to your collaborative sessions in Toasty Collaborate on Miro boards while using MeetButter. Miro just passed the Atlassian security self-assessment for this year.All our applications in the Atlassian Marketplace (Miro for Confluence, Miro for Jira Cloud, and Jira Cards by Miro) are now marked with a special label to reflect this update. Hi there! My name is Kate, I am a Product Manager for Consultant Solution at Miro. I want to share some use-cases and ideas about the ways of collaboration with clients in Miro: 1. Workshops It is easy to set up the client workshop in Miro. You can use Day Passes for one-time collaborators (so you don’t need to buy a full license) and tools to facilitate a workshop (timer, voting, video chat, screen sharing). Here is a helpful How-to video about making a workshop in Miro, worth watching if you’ve already made a lot of workshops or in the process of preparation for the first one. 2. Brainstorming sessions Miro is easy to use for an ideation process, usually, I use stickies and a mind map. You can have some boards for your ideas only, some boards for generating ideas with your team and a special board for discussing ideas with your client. 3. Hey everyone! I wanted to share a little bit more about Miro Live Embed which we announced yesterday. Miro Live Embed enables you to access your Miro boards from many of your favorite team collaboration products, including: Airtable, Coda, Confluence, Jira Software, Trello, Procore, RemoteHQ, and Whereby. We hope the Live Embed experience makes your workflows simpler, removing the need for hopping between tabs and tools, and helps put the whiteboard at your fingertips when you need it most. We also hope that we can make it easy for any product or service to benefit from a live collaborative whiteboard experience, without requiring a lot of development effort. Our API makes it really easy to integrate Live Embeds, with partners having done it in just a few hours. If you’re interested in integrating we’d also love to hear from you. Setup and Preparation Visual Notes - Set an agenda, add instructions, or an outline of the board for easy audience onboarding. *New* Meeting and Workshop Templates - Get a head start designing your boards. Check out the new templates available in-app in the Templates Library. Lock - Lock elements and templates to the background to avoid accidental editing. This UX improvement reduces the chance of accidental unlocking. *New* Guest Editors (all paid plans) - The quickest and easiest way to invite collaborators that don’t have a Miro account yet. Remote Facilitation Screen Sharing - Enable participants to follow along as you navigate
