While launching the Miro app on my iPad I see this page, can’t reach my boards, can’t enter the main menu. The same in Safari. I have already deleted the app and reinstalled it. With no success. Please, help me

Hi all, I love the ability to embed and edit draw.io diagrams directly in Miro. This allows us a great deal of interoperability between different tools. I’m experience an issue with this though, which might be related to our setup and configuration, or more simply a little bug, so asking for advice here if others are experiencing the same. Currently when adding an hyperlink in a draw.io diagram on Miro,  this is not rendered in the Miro visualisation of the diagram. I’ve tried using a Text element and adding the hyperlink via the menu, I tried adding the link to a label on a shape or by adding the link directly to a shape, but they all have no effect on the Miro visualisation. The hyperlink is saved in the draw.io diagram and when re-opening the diagram for editing the hyperlinks are shown correctly while in edit mode, but as soon as you “save and close” they are not visible or clickable. Thanks for your help with this!   

I’ve tried pulling the node away, I’ve tried right clicking and checking it’s settings, I’ve tried it with auto on and off, I’ve even tried looking in settings, and CRLT doesn’t work, is something broken?

I make template boards which i then copy and teach from. After rearraign my frames, which includes renaming frames and moving them around it the frame organizer I make a copy of the board. The copy undoes all my work with the frames, nothing copies over correctly all the frame are named incorrectly and aren't in the same places that I left them. This is REALLY annoying because it's a lot of work to organize the frames in the first place 

Hello everyone,I work for a large organization with teams spread across multiple countries. I recently attempted to upgrade to the Business plan but wasnt able. After reaching out to Sales Support, I learned that over 100 accounts have been created (possibly that more than 40 teams might already be using Miro).Because my company’s domain is already in use and tied to existing paid plans, I’m unable to proceed with the upgrade. Joining another team’s plan isn’t a viable option.Is there a solution to address this situation? The sales team wasn’t able to help.Thank you!

Hi, I am trying to duplicate a miro board but when doing so, the order of the frames always changes completely. i just want the same setup as in the other board, can you help me out?

New Bugs found i guess:We have a complex Template, with many Layers, Sticky Notes, Images and Shapes….  Recently i find more and more behaviour that i can only explain as being a bug. The most recent:When i look at the template origin (via “Edit” in the Templates Menu), therefore the template from which instances of that template are generated, then everything is “fine”.But when i create a template from this source (via “Explore Templates” and then “Use Template”) then this happens: The sticky notes from the

I’m looking to fully clear a webwhiteboard. To be able to use a cleared canvas space with a fresh link to share with a set of new collaborators. I do not want the previous collaborators to have access to the new white board. Looking the do this a few times with in a 24 hour period. How would I do this?Once a webwhiteboard is saved and i try open a fresh webwhiteboard it always brings me back to the previous saved board.

Hello . I can’t pay and upgrade my miro plan . When I pushed the button “upgrade” everything was freezing . I tried to change browser , I tried to log out and log in, I tried to open miro on laptop, another laptop and phone but still it doesn’t work . But I need it very much and as much quicker as possible.  

So mainly, I have switched from Business Trial plan to Starters accidentally, I wanted to have no subscription and now Miro platform charges me an annual price, which is not bearable. Additionally, I cannot cancel the subscription on the platform. Whom do I contact to solve this issue? Or if you had similar one ,I would like to hear any feedback! Thanks

Hello !A colleague has created a project with a zoom of less than 1% and a font size of around 5000.I tried to find a solution by selecting everything and changing its size, but we lost the order of things and some graphics became larger. I believe that we need to start by creating everything with 70% or 100% from the start. However I am wondering if there is a solution that someone knows.Thank you so much in advance !

Is it possible to invite students for collaborating on a board without signing in with an email adress? I have no education login yet. Thanks!

Hey guys,all of our group members wanted to go to the board but we got a notofication, that it was deleted. I created the board and I’m also the admin of the team but it isn’t in my trash. It just sort of vanished. None of us deleted it. Did any of you have a similar problem?Please help, it’s urgent!! All of our team research was on there!

The resizing of the page when using the plantuml plugin is making it unusable

How to share board with presentation option, without invite to the team?When I share board there is no option for presentation. Share presentation (beta) is not an option because it does not know that it should turn of frame lines. 

I would like to share as presentation, but I have frames that overlap other frames and it is full of frame borders. Can we just turn them off like in regular presentation?

Hi ,Partial Content disappeared in free plan. The frams and the subject are there but my created Mindmap and screen shot even my words and summery are gone! 

Hey! I’ve deleted a user and transferred all of their boards to me. However I can’t see any of the private boards they had. Are they deleted with the user? Can I retrieve them and find them somewhere or are they gone forever?

After opening the boards, the window is closing immediately.How can I solve this problem?We tried to reduce the number of visuals by eliminating half of them, but the problem is still continuing. 

Hey,pretty much as the title says. I bought a paid plan before realizing there is an education plan. I contacted support, they gave me a refund and told me to put in an application for the education plan but I didn’t hear from them in almost a month. I told friend of mine that also uses miro about the education plan (we are both 1st years in uni) and his application got accepted 5 days after submitting it. Am I being ghosted, or did I get rejected?

Hello, please help me remove 52 guests from my free board who are constantly viewing my boards. I'm begging you (my plan is free).

hiya.i just started using miro so apologies if this has been asked or is obviously out there somewhere however i have been unable to find.i am looking for a process where i can nimbly create a sticky, add text to it, add a tag, and then create another, without my hands having to leave the keyboard. i have figured out parts of this flow and others i cannot. the issues i’m encountering in this flow are indicated below.creating sticky: i was having success creating a sticky but now it prompts me every time for a color of sticky. i found documentation on selecting a preferred color in color palette preferences but i cannot find this anywhere in settingsadding a tag with a keyboard shortcut: unable to figure out the keyboard shortcut for this, or if there is a syntax i can use to add the tag (like a hashtag, which doesn’t seem to be the way) please advise. if this is not implemented please advise on how i can ass

I am using the free version of Miro and have always been able to upload photos, documents etc and access other options via the » More Tools link. but now none of these are available in my toolbar. The only thing that has happened recently is that I was invited to access a Miro board as a visitor using a link with a password. Ever since then I don’t seem to be able to upload anything even if I create a brand new board
