Nowadays i have a free plan, but today I noticed a charge of US$94 on my credit card, that I did not authorize or expect. As you can imagine, seeing such a significant amount deducted without my consent was quite alarming.
I immediately reached out my account to confirm it and in fact I have a free plan and because of that, it is impossible to cancel on website a plan that I don't have.
