At the moment, Miro doesn’t offer a built-in feature that shows exactly who has viewed a board. However, there are a couple of options you might find useful:
1. Board Activity for Editors
If your collaborators have edit access, you can use the Activity panel (lightning bolt icon in the top-right corner of the board) to see recent actions like edits, comments, and mentions — but it won’t track passive views.
2. Notification Workaround
If you @mention someone or share a comment after the workshop, you’ll be notified when they respond or make changes — this can indirectly confirm that they’ve returned to the board.
3. Enterprise Feature (Audit Logs)
If you're on the Enterprise Plan, admins can access audit logs that include sign-ins and board access. This would be the only way to get a confirmed list of who accessed the board, but it's limited to users within the same organization.
