I’m wondering if it’s possible to see a log of users who have viewed a board that you have created? We run a workshop with customers where we map out their user journey and I’d like see if they have opened/edited it after the workshop is complete.

At the moment, Miro doesn’t offer a built-in feature that shows exactly who has viewed a board. However, there are a couple of options you might find useful:
1. Board Activity for Editors
If your collaborators have edit access, you can use the Activity panel (lightning bolt icon in the top-right corner of the board) to see recent actions like edits, comments, and mentions — but it won’t track passive views.
2. Notification Workaround
If you @mention someone or share a comment after the workshop, you’ll be notified when they respond or make changes — this can indirectly confirm that they’ve returned to the board.
3. Enterprise Feature (Audit Logs)
If you're on the Enterprise Plan, admins can access audit logs that include sign-ins and board access. This would be the only way to get a confirmed list of who accessed the board, but it's limited to users within the same organization.

There may be one workaround. If you use a service like Bitly, then instead of giving your customers the URL to the Miro board, you can create a second link (shortened link) and send THAT to them. Then using Bitly (or another tool like it) you can use their analytics feature.
But naturally this only works when people enter the shortened link that you give them. If they then copy the longer link (after the board opens) then they can bypass Bitly.
