Help - 'There's an issue with your camera, try switching to a different device'???

Hello community,

I’ve just signed on and i can’t get my camera working. I’m on android computer and have both tried my laptop's camera and a separate plug in camera. What else can I try?!?!

    If you're getting the message "There's an issue with your camera," here are a few things you can try.

    First, check that your browser or app has permission to access your camera. In your browser settings, go to privacy or security and make sure the camera is allowed for the site.

     

    Next, try using a different browser—if you're on Chrome, switch to Firefox or Edge. If you're using an external camera, unplug and reconnect it, then restart your computer. Go into your app or browser settings and manually select the camera you'd like to use.

     

    Lastly, check your Android or Chromebook system settings to make sure the camera isn't being blocked. Let us know if any of these steps work for you.
