Hello there! I changed universities and therefore want to change my email address for login accordingly. Standard procedure does not work, however. Any ideas how I can resolve this? Thanks!

Since you're on the Education Plan, changing your login email address involves a few extra steps due to the verification tied to your academic institution.
If the standard email change process in your profile settings isn’t working, I recommend reaching out directly to Miro Support.

It seems there is no other way than opening a new account, move my boards there and then delete the old account. What do you think? Thanks!
