Hello,

I was unable to access Miro for 2 days or so. The website is stuck in the loading animation.

I’ve tried clearing the cache and logging in again. The login process itself works, but the moment i land on the https://miro.com/app/dashboard/ I get stuck again.

Dev tools show 3 errors:

c~appEntry.0ce3874c4c741ef4.js:sourcemap:1 Uncaught Error: trackEvent reached max retries: 10 after 51200 ms. Event key: feature_flag_web_sdk_initialized, params: {"duration":432}. Hi @Michael Kurowski, thanks for the detailed report — and sorry to hear you’re experiencing this.

Just a few quick checks while Support looks into this:

  1. Have you tried a different browser (e.g., Safari or Firefox) to see if the issue persists?

  2. If you’re using any browser extensions or ad blockers, try temporarily disabling them or launching an incognito window to isolate the issue.

  3. Can you confirm if you’re accessing Miro from a personal or managed device/network? Occasionally, firewall or endpoint security settings can interfere with Miro’s scripts loading properly.

Let me know if you’d like help with any of the above while waiting for a response!

Hey Eca.
So I’ve checked and:

  • It does not work in Incognito
  • it does work on Safari
    • I realise that it is likely for debugging purposes, but just in case, to be clear, using Safari just for Miro is not an acceptable workaround for me.
  • I do not use managed network
  • I do use a managed Google account for signing into the miro (the same that I use on forums).
  • The device itself is managed, but let’s keep in mind that it works on Safari + there are no failed request at least in Chrome incognito, so it doesn’t seem to be network related.

In incognito the dev console differs slightly

Thanks for the thorough follow-up, @Michael Kurowski — really appreciate the clarity!

Given the consistent Missing dependency: MiroStat error and your browser environment, I’ve converted this thread into a support ticket so the technical team can investigate further with logs on their side.

They may request a HAR file or more environment info, so please keep an eye on your inbox for their follow-up.

Let me know if you'd like me to add any other context to your ticket in the meantime.
