When we are creating a space, can we create more than three boards while just being on the free plan?

I have 1 personal board, not private, not a customized template, just a place where I’m keeping notes and persona planning. I upgraded to get high-res export, but no longer need that. If I dowgrade back to the free plan (which was fine for me), do I still have editable access to my board?

THis never used to happen.It’s a huge inconvenience for my clients. Miro seems to say it’s not happening. But it is.Anyone?

I am trying to copy a few images from a miro board (where they are legible) and paste it into another miro board where they are losing resolution (they look blurry). I have checked the zoom issue mentioned in other threads and that is not the problem. Please advise!

 I’ve been getting glitches where Miro couldn’t find my boards and then today suddenly it’s a spinning wheel. Anyone has encountered this issue before? Nothing has changed from my computer or its setup.. just working like usual.  

Hi everyone,I am using the “App Wireframe” template (see screenshot) for visualizing the screen flow for a new app feature, but when I try to export the screenflow (my board) as a high-resolution JPG to use it in a specification document, the iPhone Mockup templates, means the black frames, are missing.Can anyone help?Thx, Ingo 

Hey,does anybody has experience using Miro on a one-off (1-2 days) event with external visitors (approx 40-50). Can this work normally with Starter plan on 1 licence and visitor link shared with all participants? Even with possibility for all of them to add content and use AI elements?

I make a board open for public access to editing, it says they don’t have to sign in to edit… but when I share the link, they are forced to sign up for a miro account in order to see the board (the board flashes in front of them before forcing signing up)   am I doing something wrong? I’m in my paid consultant account. I click share. and then I click “anyone with the link can edit” It shows me this, which just isn’t working  

I see from today’s update that Projects are now Spaces.I’m trying to determine whether this change has - deliberately or inadvertently - changed the visibility of boards that are not in projects/spaces. It might just be my bad memory of how things were with Projects though!Before today, I believe that if you created a board that wasn’t in a project, then only you could see it (until you shared it with individuals in the team) and doing a search or viewing all boards didn’t show the boards not in a project.Now with spaces I can filter by ‘boards not in spaces’ and I can see lots of boards I didn’t think I previously had access to.Am I misremembering or do I need to pass this onto our users?

I used to be able to click on the right hand side of the board and add some notes and links about what was on a board. I can't find this in the new UI. Can anyone help?

Hi, I usually prepare multiple frames before classing and hide the contents in it. A few days unfortunately a student found a workaround for sneaking a peek:Simply using the search feature (e.g. CTRL-F) renders everything visible.I am not sure whether this behaviour has been there all along but it kind of renders the feature of hiding frames useless.Advice would be highly appreciated.RegardsRalph

Hi,I’ve been trying to get the Education Plan for months. I’ve filled out the form so many times that I lost count and, so far, have not heard anything back from Miro. I work at a university in Brazil (Fundação Getulio Vargas) and have tries to sign up for the Education Plan with my work e-mail address and my personal e-mail address (both Outlook), and had no success with neither.I also see that I can’t contact Miro support directly because I have none of the paid accounts. Can someone, please, help me figure out what the problem is? It is unbelievable that Miro offers a service to education institutions and has the audacity to make us go through unhelpful FAQ pages and community posts instead of having a helpdesk. This problem is affecting my work, I have even tried to solve it with the IT team at FGV, but it clearly is a Miro problem and the steps to fix it are convoluted and inefficient.

I am on the free plan so can't file a ticket on this issue - looks like a bug that many others have filed. Sometimes a workaround, most often the reply from Mironeers is that your 3-Board limit is for the entire team, not per-person on the team. Context:I have 3 Private Boards in my Miro.I can edit 2 out of 3.I am the only team member.All boards are "No Space" because of Free plan (according to the Upsell icon).None are shared.none are marked read-only.I was a member on somebody else's Free plan, but left the team to see if that would resolve the issue. It did not. ChromeMacBook Air M1Miro app for Mac also failsiPhone app also failsI can fully edit 2 out of my 3 free Boards. However, on the 3rd Board, starting about a month ago, I can no longer make any edits on my main board. Example of what I can't do:-- I click the Frame tool and select the area where I want the Frame to go. The Frame briefly appears on the board but then vanishes.-- Try to paste in an image - again, briefly appears

I can not edit my board. I am an owner and the only user, the board is not marked as "View Only", but when I open it I can't neither created new text or shape, nor edit any existing. There is no error message or any indication. Just when I double-click on, let's say a text, I can see that for a half of a second the text component changes into editable mode and the resets, component even becomes unselected (this is the state when you left-click on a component once). Re-login did not help. Also, I can edit my another board.... what's going on?

Hello everyone, I really like Miro but I have problems understanding the license model and need help to choose the right license. Here is my situation:I offer online training based on a Miroboard. The participants should be able to work on the board and have access to the board for several days.  On the board itself, online group work takes place on uploaded canvases - in other words, the participants essentially “stick” Post-It notes.All participants are employees of one of my clients. So no members of my team (I'm just a one-man show)Can someone please enlighten me as to which license would be suitable for my needs. Many thanks in advance, Antonio 

Hello, you have a feature for working with images: match by height or width. But I can’t figure out how this feature works. I have three or more images, the first one is the size I need, and I want to make the rest of the images the same size as the first one. How can I achieve this? Currently, all the images resize, although they align by height or width.

Hello everyone,I am recently start using Miro for creating multiple diagram for used inside our institution. Some of which include using multiple Miro diagram pack. In one of our project, we use Miro Microsoft Azure Icon set which as far as I can found can be used for free but I cannot found specific document on how can I used it.So my question is that if we were to submit an academic poster for that project in some academic conference. Can we used these diagram in those poster and associated paper. Is there any limitation or process involve with it. Or is it enough that we mention in our poster which diagram is created using Miro. Can anyone point me to where I can find any document associated with it.Ps. If I understand correctly material created in Miro is our property and we can use it as we like. But my question would be more toward those specific diagram pack as well as any process or best practice in the industry.Best.Natpatchara

If I delete my profile in one organisation will I lose the boards I have created with the same email address in another organisation?

Why…?I have a page open, and I then login. At the end of logging in I an redirected to a different page. I then have to exit that page and find the original page that I started on.This is the process I have to go through EVERY day...

For some reasons emojis from me are randomly added to both mine and others sticky notes.How can I turn this off?

Can you help me understand something about the Enterprise licensing model, please.If I have understood correctly, only those who create new boards need the Full license of Miro. So why wouldn’t everyone buy just one Full license and make one person (or create some automated flow) to create all the boards and then just add the Free licensed users as editor right members to the board…?  Kindly,Sani B.
