I’m trying to add a new user but get the error “Deactivated user can't be invited” - I looked in my list of users and the user is no where to be found.
I have no idea how to fix this, any ideas?

Hi, I have the same issue to invite one particular person. I even do not have the same screen as it shows here… or I do not know how to get the screen to check who has been deactivated….. can you help me?
You will need to ask a Company Admin of your Miro subscription to reactive the user – more on this here: https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025025894-Deactivated-users#Re-activate-a-user
To find a Company Admin, go to the users page of one of your teams:

And then look for a Users → All users page and filter by Role → Company Admin.
