List Data on Timeline

Hi, 

 

Today I lost some of the data I had entered on a roadmap, Timeline view. First thing I noticed was that the start and finish dates of the timeframe were changed, when I fixed the dates I realised all the milestones (i.e. the vertical lines) are missing. How can I get them back?

Thanks for reaching out. If your Timeline view content has changed unexpectedly, including missing milestones, we recommend first checking the Board History to see if you can restore a previous version with the content intact.

If that doesn’t help, please contact Miro Support here: https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020185799-How-to-contact-Miro-Support. Include the board link and approximate time the issue occurred so they can investigate further.

Thanks ​@Eca, tried restoring but in first try I didn’t go back enough, and now there are no other history available. Logged a support ticket, I’ll keep you posted.
