I cant even open any Miro board in my account. Always happen to get this message. Please help me. Thank you.

Thanks for sharing the screenshot! This error usually means there's a problem loading part of the Miro app. Could you please try the following:

  1. Clear browser cache and cookies, then restart the browser.

  2. Try opening Miro in Incognito/Private mode to rule out browser extensions.

  3. Use a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge) to see if the issue persists.

  4. Disable VPNs or ad-blockers, if you're using any.

  5. Check your internet connection, or try a different network (some firewalls may block resources from mirostatic.com).

If none of that helps, please share:

  • Your browser and version

  • If this happens when you duplicate the board and the same issue happens on the duplicated one

  • If it happens on all boards or just specific ones

  • Whether you're on a company network or personal one

That'll help narrow it down!


None of these work for me, still got the same error:

  • Your browser and version: 

    Chrome is up to date

    Version 138.0.7204.158 (Official Build) (64-bit)          
    Microsoft EdgeVersion 133.0.3065.69 (Official build) (64-bit) 

 

  • If this happens when you duplicate the board and the same issue happens on the duplicated one: No

  • If it happens on all boards or just specific ones: all my boards

  • Whether you're on a company network or personal one: company network, used to connect Miro normal
