Hello everyone

 

I’m trying to add a new user but get the error “Deactivated user can't be invited” - I looked in my list of users and the user is no where to be found.

I have no idea how to fix this, any ideas?

@Mudassar - Presumably you are the Company Admin of an Enterprise subscription.

Have you switch to the Deactivated users tab?

 


Hi, I have the same issue to invite one particular person. I even do not have the same screen as it shows here… or I do not know how to get the screen to check who has been deactivated….. can you help me?

You will need to ask a Company Admin of your Miro subscription to reactive the user – more on this here: https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025025894-Deactivated-users#Re-activate-a-user

To find a Company Admin, go to the users page of one of your teams:

And then look for a Users → All users page and filter by Role → Company Admin.


I wonder who is the company administration…… I asked IT help desk but they do not understand the issue. It is probable one of the glitch in the system.

I agree. Not every IT help desk team member can be expected to be educated on a every application in our ever-growing stack of tools.

As I noted above, you should be able to identify your Company Admin(s) by following the steps I outlined in my previous reply.

To get your to the back-end settings section of Miro, you can use this link:

https://miro.com/app/settings/user-profile/

From there, look for the Users → All users page and filter by Role → Company Admin.
