I have 3 boards one of which is endlessly loading, while the other two open. I tried to log using another browther. It didn’t help. I don’t use VPN. Internet connection is ok. I cleaned cash. Other members open the board without issues.

If I upgrade a free plan with multiple team members, but only select 1 member when upgrading, what happens to the rest of the members currently on the team? I want them to be converted to guests so they can still contribute.

All the diagrams and charts in my workspace were corrupted when I opened the workspace. The positions of the elements and their sizes changed, turning the workspace into a mess. I am using the free plan - is there any way for me to recover the data without paying?

I would like to create templates from existing boards but the option is not active (greyed text). What prevent me from creating templates from these boards?

I used to have a premium account years ago but stopped using Miro. My account is on the free plan now, but no matter how many times I close it, this red banner keeps popping up:  And I can’t update payment details because it takes me to a 404:  I can’t seem to find where else I can possibly update my billing other than starting a new paid plan, which I don’t need to do.

My educational plan is gone. I had it is september 2024. what’s happened?

I have an old, free account. I cannot find any log in details, but still have access. I want to move the boards from that free account to my current new paid account. How can I do that as I don’t know the log in from the other one? Current one is Service Design College. Old one is SSDC 2021. Thanks

Dear Miro Support Team, My name is Sofia, and I am an English teacher from Ukraine. I teach English to children and use digital tools to make lessons more interactive and engaging. Due to the current difficult situation in my country, I am facing financial limitations and would greatly appreciate your support. Miro is a wonderful tool that could help me organize lessons, create visual materials, and make learning more effective for my students. Could you please let me know if there are any free plans, discounts, or humanitarian programs available for Ukrainian educators? Thank you very much for your time and consideration. Best regards,Sofia

Dear Miro Support Team,My name is Olena, and I am an educator from Ukraine. I teach medical subjects to Ukrainian students and use Miro as an essential tool to organize lessons, create interactive materials, and support effective collaboration in the learning process. For me and my students, Miro provides a structured and convenient environment that significantly improves the quality of education. However, due to the current economic situation in Ukraine and the much lower salaries compared to other countries, the monthly subscription cost is unfortunately not affordable.I kindly ask Miro to support me as a Ukrainian educator by granting access to premium features or an educational plan free of charge. This would allow me to continue providing high-quality education to my students without interruption.I would be very grateful if you could consider my request. Please let me know if you need any additional information or documents to confirm my teaching activity.Thank you for your support

Where is the function to lock the name of the board? There is some bug happening right now where some team members cursors continue to ONLY highlight the board title and not access the items on the board. This means the board titles get renamed multiple times a day. This is confusing and unnecessary.  Please let me know how to lock the name of the board so other team members cannot change it, accidentally, or on purpose. I understand this issue is at least 5 years old, so I imagine you have developed a fix to it by now. Thank you.

I am finding when I create slides with the same aspect ratio the slides themselves are different sizes. They are also adjusting larger / smaller when I copy pictures and content into them. How can I keep my slide sizes consistent? Here is an example of two slides which are 16 x 9 but are different sizes. I have object dimensions enabled for the board.

When a big workshop has like 20+ people on the same board, sticky notes end up everywhere and stuff overlaps so it’s hard to keep track. Tips?

My name is Nastya, could you please let me know if there are any special programs, discounts, or humanitarian access options available for Ukrainian users?

Hi there I use the poll feature frequently on my boards.  On 18.8. it worked just fine.  On 19.8. i am able to create the poll but when pressing the "start" button nothing happens.  Any ideas? ThanksFabienne

I am the owner of the MIRO blackboard at the Science and Technology Museum in Milan.Until some time ago I was able to upload files from my Google Drive (ilabsistemi@gmail.com) without problems, but now I can't do it anymore: when I try, the error message “403. That's an error. We're sorry, but you do not have access to this page. That's all we know."I tried to follow the instructions of the Help Center step by step (https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017731253-Google-Drive), but without appreciable results :-(Best regardsEnrico

Helene Gramming Aug 22, 2025, 09:42 UTC Hi I am the Team Admin for our Miro Education team IHM Business School, and one of our teachers would like to start using Miro AI. I have checked the admin interface but cannot find an option to enable the AI features. I would like to know: Whether it is possible to activate Miro AI for our Education team. If there are any additional costs associated with this. If there is a timeline for activation or if we need to join a beta program. Thank you in advance for your help! Best regards, Helene Gramming IHM Business School

Spent weeks on working on my roadmap only to open it today to find no data and this disclaimer instead  I wonder if someone has the same problem with their boards and actually got their data restored after migration?

When entering my work email to sign in with SSO, the Mac desktop application directs me to an empty page with no other option than to click the ← Back button (which brings me back to the sign-in page).  I’ve tried loggin in without SSO, doesn’t work. I’ve tried resetting my application data, doesn’t work. I’ve tried re-installing the app, doesn’t work.  Does anyone has a resolution? Much appreciated! Mac details: macOS Catalina, version 10.15.

My miro board is all blurred up.I am not able to see anything clearly even after zooming in.Is/are anyone else also facing this issue? If you are then how have you resolved it?

I would like to ask, can I include these diagrams/flowcharts/framework to be published in academic papers?
