Hello!
When sharing the board via the link, I do not see him/her as board user in the button on picture below. So I can not “bring them to me”. However, they can edit the board. For some users I always see him/her, for some users always do not see him/her. Option “everyone with the link can edit” is turned on. Users connect without registration.
Please help! What can I do?

When someone joins your board through a shared link (with the setting “Anyone with the link can edit/view/comment”), they’ll appear in the participants panel as a visitor, similar to what’s shown in your screenshot.
As the board owner (or a team member with editing rights), you’ll see the option to use “Bring everyone to me” so visitors can follow your view on the board. Please note: this button won’t appear if you’re also accessing the board as a visitor yourself.
If you’d like users to always appear under their own names (instead of as visitors), they’ll need to sign up or log in with a Miro account before accessing the board.
