My name is Daria, and I am a private tutor from Ukraine. Due to the ongoing war, many children are studying remotely, and I am doing my best to provide them with quality education under these challenging circumstances.

I have learned that Miro offers free access to premium features for Ukrainian users, and I would like to request access in order to use the platform as a visual and interactive tool for teaching children online.

Miro would greatly help me make lessons more engaging and structured, especially for younger students.

I would be sincerely grateful if you could provide me with access or guide me through the process of applying. I can provide proof of my identity and location if needed.

  • January 19, 2025

  • February 19, 2025

  • March 25, 2025

  • April 24, 2025

  • May 19, 2025

I am a citizen of Ukraine and recently learned that Miro offers free access to premium features for Ukrainian users, due to the ongoing war. Unfortunately, I was unaware of this policy and continued paying for the service during this period.

I would like to kindly ask whether it is possible to receive a refund for these payments, as I would have used the free access had I known about it. I can provide any necessary documentation to verify my Ukrainian citizenship and payment history.
