I am new to Miro. Using this template to create a business organizational chart. There are these “Custom Fields” that you can choose to show on the card:
However, you can’t actually edit them. Nothing happens if I click on “Add Location”. It does not seem to be an edible field.
How can I actually add or change the location to show the correct location?
You should be able to enter your own text by clicking on the right placeholder "add" text.
The template link doesn't workfl for me on my phone.
What device and OS are you using? I can currently edit cards on my Chrome mobile browser on Android.

If you add a new org chart to a board, it does appear to behave as expected. You can find the org chart object here:
The Business Organizational Chart also has a People widget on it, which can be found in the same creation bar app list as above.
Thank you so much. I will work with that until the issue on the template has been fixed. Is the people widget supposed to automatically import all the names I put on the org chart? It just shows me as online but doesn’t seem to let me list any other names.

Yes, this is how the widget works. You can use the search box to find anyone who is a member of your Miro team (or any Guests) and then pin them to your list:
