I’m on a free plan, was adding content to the board. I had 3 boards already and then i’ve tried to creare a duplicate on one of boards i was working on. And then all content from my board disappered. The worst thing is board history is also erased. Please help me to restore it. I’ve upgraded to paid plan, but there’s still no content nor in original board, nor in duplicate. Help.

On the Free Plan, you’re limited to 3 active boards per team. When trying to create a duplicate, sometimes existing content may appear missing if the board limit is reached or if there was a sync issue. Upgrading to a paid plan won’t automatically restore lost content if the board was overwritten or deleted.
A few things you can try right away:

Check your Dashboard → Deleted boards to see if the content was accidentally removed.

If you were collaborating with others, ask teammates if they see a version of the board under their account.

Try accessing the board from the Activity List / Recent Boards in case it’s hidden in the dashboard view.
Unfortunately, if both the original and duplicate show no content and the board history isn’t available, restoration may not be possible.
Since this sounds like unexpected behavior, I recommend contacting Miro Support directly with your team URL and board link so they can investigate further.
