Cannot add a video from Youtube

Hello!

I couldn’t paste the video from YouTube to the board today.

I used different methods, but still it doesn’t work.

I would appreciate any help!

Could you let us know if you’re still experiencing the same issue with pasting YouTube videos to the board?

In the meantime, here are a few steps you can try:

Make sure you’re copying the full YouTube video link (not a shortened or embed link).
Try pasting the link directly onto the board (Ctrl+V / ⌘V) or use the iframe option from the toolbar.
Check that your browser is up to date and clear cache/cookies, then reload the board.
If the issue persists, try opening the board in an incognito/private window to rule out extensions or cached data.
