Can I make this pop-up not show up? Am I the only one that feels this is unnecessary and invasive on Miro’s part. There is already a prompt at the top of this board to sign up for Miro. I am trying to work with a client live and this pops up. I am talking to a client about MY project. This is not about my client using Miro. This is about me - a paying client of Miro, trying to use the tool that I pay for to work with a client. It is inappropriate for Miro to thrust an advertisement into my private client session. This does not take into account that there is no way for my affiliate number to be added to it.   

This icon needs to have more emphasis. Maybe something that lets a 1st time Miro user that they have choices.I use a mouse but Miro always auto selects Touchscreen for me. I do not operate my laptop by touchscreen. Relying on a 1st time viewer to know what that icon is for is a leap of faith. Maybe this should pop up to give viewers the option.  

If a team member leaves the team, can I reuse the same license for a new team member? 

I have a board that I am sharing to view only. I sent it to my phone. I do not have the Miro app on my phone. I opened the Miro link to see the board. I was expecting to see an icon from the phone I was using, but there was nothing that indicated that a viewer was there. I could, however, see my host icon on the phone. Is there no way to see your visitors or do people have to be logged into Miro to participate (add comment)? I would assume I could see them if they set up an account?

Hi,  I would like to create some educational videos to be posted on my youtube channel. I will be using miro to illustrate some points in the videos.  Is it allowed to screen record what I do on miro and post the video onto youtube?  Thanks. 

All, Whenever I import a PowerPoint slide that has an equation on it that I wrote using PowerPoint’s equation editor, I get doubling of text on each slide that has an equation on it (slides without equations are unaffected).  I had this problem in AWWapp, too.  I know the solution: convert the PowerPoint to PDF first and then upload.You can see an example below.  Why does this happen?Example of text doubling on PowerPoint slide with equation 

It’s been awhile. I have a team that has a couple of boards. I want to create another board and then share it publicly. It is my understanding that viewers will only see the board I have shared and not the other two boards created within that same team. Is this correct? Thanks. 

Hello! I’m wondering if this is possible.Open up the web app on my laptop  Type text on the Miro board, using my laptop’s keyboard Draw shapes using my iPad, on the same Miroboard → the drawing needs to be live-streamed into the web app I don’t have an iPad yet, but thinking of getting one for facilitating workshops as described in this manner.  Thanks so much!

Hello! We have a team of 20 people who need to view and comment the boards (not anonymously so that we know who commented what) . Other 3 people need to be able to create boards/upload and manage them in all the other ways. Do we need a plan with 3 paid seats or with 23 in order for other users not to be anonymous + comment? Thank you!

I have completed all the recommended steps to share my board with guest users and that part works - but no matter what I do the download option on embedded PDF documents remains greyed out - they can view the document but can’t download it. Can anyone help?

I have two pieces of work on my whiteboard.  One works absolutely fine - I can move the cursor around, remove rows and columns, copy and paste etc.  The other appears stuck - the hand won’t change to the cursor and I literally can’t do anything with it.  It was working fine this morning but now won’t let me do anything.  Please advise - in as simple terms as possible - I’m not very technical! ThanksBlanche

I am currently unable to paste text into any text objects in Miro from any text source. I’ve tried clearing formatting in Notepad/Sublime and then pasting back in, still no joy.  I’ve tried clearing my browser cache. I’ve tried rebooting Chrome I’ve tried rebooting my computer (Macbook Pro). I can paste text into newly created text objects only. I can paste a URL into a link of highlighted existing text. I can paste that text into any other place or app on my computer. 

Currently I have use the checkbox from Wireframes. I don’t know when, but it changed worse. It once was only checkbox without automatic list (on enter adding another checkbox) and without label. Now when I use current wireframe checkbox component I can’t wrap the label. Watch the video where I try to resize the blue box or try to force break line with shift+enter, alt+enter or ctrl+enter (this are common actions in different software to break text) 

Hello! I didn’t found any informations concerning my problem. Maybe can somebody help me to solve the following problem. I saved different custom templates in the category “personal”. normally I had no problem to use them. But now I can’t klick on “use template” with the App on my Mac. On my iPad its works… The Bill is payed :-) Any Idea how I can solve that? Thanks!

I want to make small text area but with unaltered font size. Resizing text area is hard. When changing its height the text area flips on the upper border to the top. I managed to shrink it more but unfortunately the placeholder text gets also shrinked! There is no font formatting options. And how I can align that text up in the text area box, not in the center? Miro was just working fine until recently!  Now when I open anything where you can write text in the first letter of the written text is set on the right side of the cursor. It is extremely annoying and i cant use miro like this no more. I hope someone can help me because i want to keep using this beautiful application. 

Hello all,i am using chrome browser.Linking objects to other objects or linking frames to other frames is working properly when i am not using presentation mode.But when i am in presentation mode, and i click on the link, then the screen drifts to a black area and navigating to a linked object is not working.is this a known issue or has someone figured out a work around.Please let me know.Thanks !! 

I’m trying to figure out a way to use a shape like a circle (drawn, not added via the “shape” function) and be able to add a comment to the inside of the shape. Hi Guys - i think I know the answer to this as have been living in Miro for the last 14 months. Running a large workshop next week so wanted to be certain - can non registered participants on a board use the drawing tool?

Greetings,We are in the process of setting goals / Impact measures at my company, and I am thinking about how I might be able to build a dashboard to track the companies progress on those goals.Is Miro the right tool for this? I will no doubt be using a bit of API to zap data to and from.I want the dashboard to be usable, engaging and interactive where possible. Google Data Studio I was thinking about using, most likely I will be using Airtable to input and synthesis data.Would love to hear your thoughts! 

Здравствуйте! У меня почему-то пропала возможность на Free plan поделиться доской с незарегистрированными пользователями. Раньше нажимала кнопку “Share”, и там появлялась такая опция. Сейчас нажимаю эту кнопку, экран слегка темнеет и всё.Также пропала опция пригласить кого-то на доску. Куда написать в поддержку - тоже найти не могу. Может, кто-нибудь знает, как это всё исправить?

Hi I read the previous posts about auto savebut miro auto save doesn't work all the time , the board crashes I lose lot of artifacts created.Let us you go version history try to recover it is not a true versioning system of your historyonly some restore points are capturedIn essential Miro can be used for basic prototyping for simple projectsBut if try add lot of frames it crashes for no reasonYou can check the log activity for the problems I am facing
