"Use template" is not avaible

Hello! I didn’t found any informations concerning my problem. Maybe can somebody help me to solve the following problem. I saved different custom templates in the category “personal”. normally I had no problem to use them. But now I can’t klick on “use template” with the App on my Mac. On my iPad its works… The Bill is payed :-) Any Idea how I can solve that? Thanks!

Hi Jean-Claude, 

I’m having the same problem today. Usually it works but today I cannot use any custom templates in Personal or Shared. I can create new custom templates and edit them but I cannot use them. 

So it seems like this is not a problem we can solve but perhaps a new bug? 

I’m using it in Chrome on MacOs.

I hope it is fixed soon.

yes, it is exactly what I mean!

I just sent a Support Request from inside Miro as well. 

Let’s hope we get a solution soon. :-)

I'm afraid that currently, you cannot use custom templates due to a bug on our end. The good news is that the team is already aware of the issue and is currently working on a fix for it. We're bringing our sincere apologies for all the inconvenience it causes! 

 

So we should soon be able to use them again - yay!
